~ Natsu's P.O.V. ~

"Please, Natsu~"

"I already told you that I'm not going on a date with you."

"I'll tell your father to not only destroy the garden, but cut it to pieces while you watch," she smirked.
"You truly love those plants don't you, Natsu? Like if they were your... soulmate?"

"Lisanna--"

"Natsu, your father will do anything to get connected with my family for the business
which gives me the power to control you," she continued while twirling her white hair.
I gulped. She was right, not only about controlling me, but also about those sunflowers being my soulmate.
Those sunflowers were Luce and I hope that she is truly my soulmate.

"Fine, Lisanna."

"I would actually prefer that you call me a cute nickname! Like ... sweetheart or darli--"

"Or bitch," I murmured.

"Ahem. I would prefer honey or something."

"I'll just go with darling," I cringed at the sound of the word she wanted me to say.

"Good! Anyways, here we are, the gorgeous place where we will have our first kiss and hug and whatever else couples do!"
She motioned to a wooden table. Where you could see the beautiful scenery of the garden.

"This scenery is going to be destroyed because of you," she grumbled at my comment.

"Stop focusing on the negative, Natsu," she smiled sweetly yet evily.

I sighed and sat down next to her on that table, like an old pairing.
As I looked at the yard with blossoming flowers, I noticed golden locks.

"Luce?"

"Did you say something, Natsu?"

"No ... nothing."

Once again I saw a glance of her.
Was she watching?
It hurt me to realize that she was watching us having a date, something that I wanted to do with her.

You promised!

It's like I could hear her voice yelling at me for not keeping my promise.

Oh. How horrible I felt because of this.

"Natsu~"

"Yes, darling."

I'm so sorry, Luce.

"We're getting married tomorrow."

"What? Is that even possible? We still have a couple of years to go for that to be possible!"

"Not for you father. Oh boy is he desperate for my family's money. But! That still helps me get married with my true love! I'm so happy!"

I'm so sorry, Luce.

I truly am.

"Right, Natsu?"

"Whatever you say, Lisa-- darling."

I turned towards the garden once again.

I could see Luce.

Her hair was covering her eyes with a shadow.

I could see her mouth something.

Oh god. Damn it.

"You promised. You told me you didn't break those. You told me. You weren't like the others."

I'm not. I swear. Please.
