My New life

                                                                             5 years later

     I love my new life a lot. I was now 10 years old and spoiled a lot by my new mother.I have been doing jobs or quests for her since i was eight.Now i know my father is Poseidon the sea god but i have zero love for him.The reason why is no simple reason,its a really good reason he practically left us for dead.No gods have found out about me yet but mother says she is going to show me off to the gods at age 12.

    So i have two years till i'm going to die. Hera has taught me how to use my water powers that i don't use much because it reminds me too much of my father.She has also taught me how to use a sword she tells me i'm a natural.So here i am at my house in London while mother is up in Olympus taking care of some business.I was bored so when mother flashed in i was elated to have company she visits me only like 3 days a week.She had this serious look on her face though which she only uses when i'm in trouble like this in time i knocked over a a lamp on the second floor. Needless to to say she had that same very face on right now and it was making me nervous.

  So i asked her."whats wrong mother" 

   "um honey you know i love you right"she responds with a question 

    "yes of course i know that mom!" I tell her 

    "honey you are my first child i truly love i hope you know that.If i could i would have stopped this but i can't.You have a mission honey a very impossible mission because your step-father has found out about you."She had tears streaming down her face as i stood there in shock.

    When she told me i had to gain the favor of Artemis and her hunters needless to say i freaked the fuck out.
