Chapter 3

We got to my house, and I swung the door open finally releasing my grip on her.

She looked uneasily at me, "um sir, I don't mean to be rude but why am I here?" She asked tenderly.

"Because I know you from the survey corps but I want to ask you some questions." I stated.

"Oh ok." She was so naive just believing that I had no bad intentions it was cute. But dangerous. I lead her into my living room that was spotless.

"It's so clean..."

"As it should be, anyway what where you doing in Erwin's office?"

"Who," she asked with a puzzled look on her face.

"Erwin, tall, blonde hair, bulky, huge eyebrows, leader of the scout regiment?"

"Oh him... umm I'm not really aloud to talk about it," she blushed and looked away.

"Well why not," I got up to get myself some tea, "would you like some tea?"

"Oh yes please!" she said excitedly. I chuckled at her and made tea.

"Here," I handed her a cup and she drank it slowly.

"So... who are you?" She asked with a blank face.

"Levi, I'm Levi Ackerman" I sipped some tea, "why can't you tell me," I shrugged, "I'm close with Erwin and I'm high up in rank in the survey corps."

"It's strictly between myself and Erwin," she shifted nervously, "why do you care so much?" I shrugged in response.

"I'm just a curious man, by the way I never caught your name?" She had not said her name but I didn't want to point it out.

"Oh I'm AnnaBella you can call me Bella."

"How about Ann?" I questioned simply to challenge her.

"Ann is fine" she smiled pleasantly.

"Alright Ann," I put stress on her name feeling how well it rolled off of my tongue, "why can't I know," I asked again seeing if I could get an answer from her.

"Why does it matter?"

"Well I simply want to know. Is that so wrong."

"Fine," she finally gave in, "he asked me to talk to some Yeager boy who apparently is part titan." Of course I knew this, Eren Yeager was part of my squad but he was under Erwin's watch right now.

"What about?"

"How to control himself," she answered vaguely.

"And you know that?"

"Yes."

"How?"

"That isn't really any of your business Mr Ackerman-"

"Levi."

"Excuse me?"

"Just call me Levi."

"Oh my bad, Levi, anyway as I was saying it isn't really any of your business."

"Oh but it is."

"How do you figure?"

"I'm Eren's squad leader."

"Is that so?"

"Indeed it is."

"Well it's still none your business my sweet Levi," she said mockingly, "I'm so sorry. Is that all?" She got up to leave.

"Why don't you stay the night?" I asked abruptly.
