Maddie's POV

The heavy beat of 'Funhouse' rang through my ears, as Grace started it off,

I dance around this empty house, tear us down, throw you out.

Screaming down the halls, spinning all around and now we fall.

Ella picks up like clockwork,

Pictures framing up the past your taunting smirk behind the glass, this museum full of ash,

My cue is up and I join in,

Once a tickle now a rash.

This used to be a fun house, but now its full of evil clowns, its time to start the countdown,

By this time I'm completely lost in the song, belting my notes when needed, I was blessed with a strong voice. We run through until we get to my favourite part, the tune changes and it puts a whole new spin on our performance. We start to turn our hips in time with each other and the beat just as we practised as I sing,

I'm crawling through the doggy door, my key don't fit the lock anymore, i'll change the drapes, i'll break the plates, i'll find a new place and burn this fucker down.

All 5 pairs of eyes went wide as we slightly bent forward at 'key don't fit the lock no more' and Harry in particular flushed on 'fucker', which is just why we picked this song, to show what we were capable of, it clearly was a good tactic and as the song finished we all smirked at each other as the 5 boys shuffled in their seats.

'Sober' was our next song, this one was one of our favourites. We had all been in confusing times in our lives like everyone else, and Sober really reflected that. I had a big part in this song, having to belt the chorus as the girls sang just as fierce to harmonise.

'What I like about you' was one of my favourites to perform, we always put in our own twist, but it had a good beat, meaning we could have a little fun on stage, I always tap my heel to the beat.

'Fly' was El's moment, Grace and I harmonised the singing, and El always blew everyone away with the rapping, it just flowed so well with her. No one ever expects it from El, so it's a good one to pull out of the hat sometimes.

'Wherever You Will Go' is our most challenging one, it's just us 3 sat with Grace's guitar, she has such a gentle voice when it comes to this song, different from her normal voice. I could see Niall examining her when she played, there will definitely be something there. Definitely. Then it came to my solo,

I know now, just quite how, my life and love might still go on, in your heart, in your mind, i'll stay with you,

And we finished in harmonies. We left that song till last for a reason, I looked up and saw tears brimming Harry's eyes. That's why, kick 'em when they least expect it, make them really feel emotional and they won't forget you.
