Chapter 1

"Chara come on! Mom'll be here soon!" Frisk called as he began to tidy up the house after the huge fight they had. Frisk was hitting Chara with long balloons while she was squirting Frisk with water guns.

"But Friiiiisk! All you have to do it put the balloons away! I have to clean up the water!" Chara whined.

"Then why did you choose to fight with a water gun?"

"Because I like guns!... well, I love knives more but then I could've hurt you" Chara said. Frisk chuckled.

"Aw, you care about me, how sweet" he teased. She rolled her eyes playfully and shot him one last time with the water gun.

"Ah shush you idiot" Chara said with a giggle. "Hey Frisk?"

"Yes Chara?"

"I was wondering... can you open your eyes?" She asked.

"... yes... but I don't like them. They're... unnatural..." he said once he put all the balloons away... or popped them rather.

"Can I see? I have red eyes, that's unnatural" Chara said.

"But... ok fine.... promise not to laugh?" Frisk asked. Chara nodded and pinky promised. He sighed before opening his eyes. Chara stared at them in awe. His right eye had red, orange and yellow, the other had green, light blue and dark blue.

"Woah... those eyes are so cool! I wish I had those eyes" she said. He blushed.

"Awe come on, who would want these eyes?" Frisk asked.

"Me!" Chara said and they both laughed. "I'm serious! Your eyes are so much better than mine"

"That's not true! I love your eyes! They are a really nice relaxing shade of red" he complimented.

"They're the colour of danger and blood..." Chara said as she looked down at he pendant. The one that Frisk gave her.

"That's what you think, but I think they look determined and passionate" Frisk smiled. She giggled.

"Aw, thanks" she said. He nodded in reply.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Hm? Doesn't mom have a key?" Frisk said as he looked outside the peep hole. There was a mysterious figure outside.

"Who is it Frisk?" Chara asked.

"I don't know... I've never seen them before" Frisk answered. Chara went to have a look when they broke in.

"What the-" she exclaimed as the figure went towards her.

"Who are you?!" Frisk exclaimed.

"You don't know me, but I know you" they said. "And I need to take Chara"

"Why?" She asked

"You're needed for an... experiment" they said. They took off their cloak revealing a woman.

"Hello...Chara..." She said. Chara's eyes widened.

"Mom?!" She yelled. "What do you want?!"

"I simply just want to be with my lovely daughter, is that so much to ask?"

"No! I don't want to! I want to stay here with Frisk and mom and Azzy and maybe everyone else!" Chara demanded.

"Chara, as stubborn as always I see" her mother said before she shot her with a gun out of nowhere.
