Happy Birthday! (Cashby)

Alan's POV

We're finally here, in London. I love this place. As Tino, Phil, Aaron, Austin, and I step off the plane, I grab Austin's hand. 

Only the band and a few other close friends know that we're dating. We like to send little hints here and there to make the Cashby shippers go crazy.

For example, I posted a picture on Instagram from an interview we did, and part of the caption was I love you. (A/N I would like to thank my best friend for showing me said picture)

I have yet to properly tell him Happy Birthday because I have plans for a date.

"When are you guys telling the fans?" Aaron asks. They've been trying to get us to tell them, but I don't think we're ready.

"I don't know, probably in a few years," Austin says. Their eyes widen.

"Years?!" Tino asks. We nod. 

When we finally get to the hotel, we check in and go to our separate rooms, except for Austin and I since we're sharing a room.

"Are you ready for our date tonight?" I ask. He smiles and nods.

"Yep," He says. He jumps on the bed and pats the spot next to him. I sit next to him adn he wraps his arm around my waist.

He ends up falling asleep, so I carefully get up to text Tino, Phil, and Aaron .

Me: Do you guys have everything ready?

Phil: Yep, everything's set up

Me: Great, thank you so much for helping me with this :)

Tino: No problem bro

I pass the time by watching TV, and when it's time for the date I wake Austin up.

"You ready to go?" I ask. He, in his half-asleep state, nods.

"Yeah, I just need to fix my hair and stuff before we go," He slurs. I chuckle.

When he finally gets up, I grab his hand and pull him to the elevator.

When the cab arrives, he starts questioning me.

"Where are we going?" He asks. 

"Babe, I'm not telling you. It's a surprise," I say after handing the piece of paper with the address on it to the cab driver.

"But I wanna know," He says, frowning. I laugh and kiss his cheek.

"You'll see when we get there," I say smiling. He sighs, still frowning. I grab his hand.

After we get to the park, Austin's smile returns to his face.

"It's so pretty," He says, looking around. He grabs my hand.

"Wanna walk around?" I ask. He nods.

After about 30 minutes of walking around, we sit down in the grass.

"Let's go get food," I suggest. He smiles.

"Okay," He says.

Before we get inside the restaurant, I text Tino, Phil, and Aaron to make sure everything's ready.

We step inside and it's pitch black.

"I think it's closed, do you wanna try somewhe-" Austin's cut off by at least 20 people yelling surprise.

He smiles, clearly not fazed.

"You guys are the best," He says.

After we eat, I take him back to the park. I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Happy birthday, baby," I say smiling. He leans down and presses his lips to mine. 

We're interrupted by my phone buzzing. I sigh and grab my phone, seeing it's a text from Phil.

Check your Instagram

I open Instagram and see my thousands of notifications. Most are from the picture I posted earlier. Hundreds of comments saying 'Cashby!' and other things along those lines. 

But what catches my attention is a picture someone tagged me in not too long ago.

The picture is of Austin and I holding hands, walking through the park. It was taken from earlier, and I must admit that it's one pretty damn good photo.

I show Austin and his eyes widen. What I don't expect is for him to smile.

"Look at the comments," He says.

I start looking through the comments. I don't see one negative thing. Most of it is 'I KNEW IT!' or 'AW SHIP IT SO HARD!' or even the occasional 'I WANT THE SEX TAPE NOW.'

"Well damn..." I say, trailing off. I put my phone back into my pocket, but not before liking the picture and taking a screenshot.

"Thank you for making this the best birthday ever," Austin says, smiling.

"I love you," I say, giving him a quick kiss.

"I love you more," He says, smiling.

"Impossible."

A/N Sorry for that cliche ass ending, but I had to! I know I'm a bit late since it's already past midnight, but oh well. I just really wanted to write a Cashby oneshot on Austin's birthday. I hope you guys have a FANTASTICAL day and remeber that I <3 all of you!
