The Devil's Daughter

CHAPTER 2

Rin's p.o.v

Ehhh is this chick serious? I just saved her from getting raped and she is more concerned on who the heck I am. Ehhh for the devils daughter she is unpredictable but she is super cute when she is pissed. She has given me a serious look and I don't understand why she excites me (not sexually god don't be dirty), I sigh and her look softens "Maxine laymen" she replies

"Your dad sent me to be...I honestly have no clue why he sent me to look after you I guess" I state

"I don't need any one to look after me especially not another male" she said with an angry expression, would she just stop being pissed. She begins to walk off and I begin to walk after her, catching up in seconds "just leave me alone" she states

"I can't do that" I replied, she stops and so do I, putting my hands in my pockets

"just leave me alone I don't need you" she says angrily, ehhh what the hell she makes me so fucking pissed but she makes me want to kiss her at the same time, what kind of demon is she? I have been around female demons my whole life, why is she different? She gives me another pissed look and shakes her head then continues walking. If she wants to be left alone so fucking badly then why does she have so many friends? Ehhh I don't get her at all, run after her and she just stops looking at me "are you thick!?" she yells

"No im following order!" I yell back

"I don't care. leave me alone!" she yells

Max's p.o.v

Ehhh I have already been slapped this morning being around this dude will only piss me off more, he is annoying me and I have only known him for a brief ten minutes but he has that effect that makes you want to kill him and argue with him but he also makes you want to kiss him and let him take you. Ehhh what am I saying, no I need to get rid of him "why did my father send you anyway?" I hiss, he gives me a pissed look of annoyance

"I told you already that I don't know" he replies, he then grabs my arm and pulls me toward himself and a crowd of ten people run past. Once they pass I shove Rin way from me "don't touch me!" I yell

"Im sorry that I have to keep you from getting hurt!" Rin replies, we death glare each other and all that is running through my head right now is to kiss him but I shake the stupid thoughts from my head and storm off.

~Time skip~

Im in English and sitting at the back day dreaming when Rin pops in to my head, I shak him out of my head and continue my work. The bell goes shortly after I snap out of my day dream and I walk over to the area, I sit down and the girls in my group arrive, sitting down with me as we eat. We gossip about the latest beef (drama) and then grace lightly taps me on the arm "looks like you got the new kid going for ya" she stated nodding her head over to a group of boys and Rin is standing with them looking over at me, I roll my eyes and pick up my bag "where are you off to?" Alyssa asked (another girl in the group)

"I forgot that I have to meet a friend at the library, I'll see you girls later" I say, I quickly walked off and disappearing. I don't get far before my wrist is grabbed and I am pushed against a wall "ri... Layton get off me" I say in anger, he is then punched in the face and then Rin grabs my wrist and shoves me behind him

"Don't touch her" Rin states

"Why do you care? You were only sent by my father, why would you care? You're here because of him stop caring" I whisper

"Would you two stop whispering and she is my girlfriend so why don't you piss off" Layton states. I stay quiet I know that if I spoke I would either get my ass in trouble or Rin's, I sigh and step around rin, push him back a little "we aren't dating so why don't you just leave me alone Layton" I state, I then feel Rin's arm wrap around my waist. Layton then pushes past me and rin, I sigh and push away from rin. I walked away from him and off to the oval, no one hangs out there. I sat against a tree and just let my thoughts take over me.

Rin's p.o.v

I watch as max walks off ehhh she so annoying she can't see that im trying to help her, why do I even bother with this girl? like honestly why am I trying? I have no idea why and I have no Idea why she causes me to both hate and love her. I sigh and decide to leave her alone, I don't want to put up with her anyway not at this second at least.

Rin's p.o.v

The next day at school I see max walk in through the gate and that Layton guy grabs max by the wrist again but instead of talking max punches him square in the jaw and yells something at him, she storms off. I sigh and walk off to find max, only to be grabbed by her and told to hurry up. We walk in silence and soon arrive on the oval. She sighs and looks at me, I can't hold myself back any more if im around her any long im gonna end up doing something she will indeed kill me for. She goes to speak when I wrap my tail around her waist "what are you doing?" she asked with a pissed look, ehhh I can't hold back she just to draining. I move her closer to me with my tail so she is centimetres away from me and kisses her softly on the lips, I go to move away mean she moves closer to me and puts her arms around my neck and also deepening the kiss. When we finally part she looks so confused "why do I feel like kissing you and punching you at the same time?" she asks pushing away from me

"You tell me, you have the same effect on me" I replied, I grab her wrist and pull her back towards me kissing her again and again. She so different to other demon's I have met, ehhh James is going to kill me I wasn't meant to get close to her, I was ordered to look after her by her father and I was ordered to kill her in a few days. James wants the throne and he use me to help him, he wanted me to kill max and he would kill her father. I can't kill her she's... mine I won't let anything happen to her even if it leads to me betraying James. She tastes so sweet, every time we stop kissing, I want her kisses twenty time more, she is my weakness.
