When we ending the call, I slotted the phone back into its holder before turning off my computer screens and standing up, fixing my shirt and buttoning my blazer back up I walked towards the doors to my office.

Before I could open the doors, I heard music outside my office 'who is playing music that loudly' I thought. Opening the doors, I was taken back how deafening loud the music was that pumped down the halls all over the Manor house.

"who in Gods names if playing that music!?" I screamed over the music that started to make my ears ring.

I walked towards the dining room and saw that there was no one in sight "where is everyone?" I questioned out loud to myself.

Walking into the dining room I realised the sound wasn't coming from the kitchen but from upstairs, so following the sound I walked up the one staircase, I covered my ears when I had reached the top of the stairs 'yep the music is coming from this floor' I concluded.

Regrettably I uncovered my ears only for them to be pelted with the loud music, it was louder than last year's fireworks, now that was a mistake to do with Tina operating them. I swear she is one of the smartest people I have ever met but how hard is it to light a firework and not forget to point it upwards. When I get use to how loud the music was I listened out for which hallway the music was coming from so I can shut it off.

Noticing the music was coming down the east hallway, the same hallway my parents were staying in, I walked quickly down the hallway which was kind of difficult with heels on.

When I had reached their room, I knocked on the door loudly and waited for one of them to open the door. It was a moment or two before I lost patience and swung open the doors with a great force making the doors bang against the wall 'what is with me and slamming doors today?'

"what is going on in here!?" I tried to yell over the music but it was too loud.

What I saw almost made me want to fall on the ground and laugh until I couldn't breathe. But I just kept a straight face as always.

When I had taken in the scene I noticed my Mother screaming at my Father to turn it down whilst holding her ears and my Father was pressing random buttons and tossing controller's over his shoulder when he realised it didn't work, it looked like one of the charity comedy acts I attend every few months with Tina and my second in command.

"sound off!" I commanded and without a second heart beat the sound was turned off and everything was eerily silent that you could hear every breath.

"how did-"

"voice command, every room has it and it only listens to my voice" I cut my Mother off who looked at me like grew an extra head. I shouldn't have cut her off but right now I am fuming.

"now I will repeat myself. What in all that is good happened here!?" I yelled at my parents, usually there yelling at me so I'm starting to like the turnaround.

"he did it", "she did it" both my parents said at the same time and pointed a finger at each other's direction 'what are they five?' I mentally questioned.

"What. Happened and don't even think about b*llshitting me" I gritted my teeth at the first two word my voice holding no messing and I wasn't, not anymore.

"we wanted to turn on the TV but when we pressed the on button it turned on the stereo..." my Father started.

"...then we tried another controller but that turned the lights on..." continuing the explanation by my Mother, I just leaned against the doorway with my arms crossed over my chest and one eye brow raised in question.
