FreyFrey gasped. In the daylight she could him clearly, but she still recognized him. It was the stranger. He stared at her and the package under her arm. He went over to the buckets lining the walls of the room, then turned to the shoppe owner.

"I will take them." His voice was the same as last night.

     "What's that?" asked the owner.

"I will take them. The buckets, all of them. There is about a dozen. Twelve buckets multiplied by seventy-five cents is $9.00, correct?" He went to the counter and placed a few paper bills down. Of Mice and Men started blaring from one of the back rooms. "What is behind the curtain?"

"The restroom, storage, and another room for bigger spare parts. And my workers. Hey, Septber, Beptser, keep it down!"

"I would like to see those spare parts, please."

"Sure thing. Right this way." said the owner, gesturing to the curtain.

"Septber and Beptser?" FreyFrey asked after them in disbelief at the ludicrous names.

"Nicknames." came the response from over a shoulder.

This was her chance. FreyFrey walked after them. As they walked past the storage room, she could see two men, young adults, sloshing filthy water, oil, and polish over dismantled machines. The storage room apparently had no door to keep the odor in. When they came to a stop, she lifted her hand to tap the stranger's shoulder.

"This is perfect. I am building a very complicated machine. May I take a look at these for a while?" asked the sound of grinding gears.

"Of course. I'll have your buckets loaded into your truck while you look. What's your name?" asked the owner.

"Thank you. I am Jack Reeling. Mine is the green pick-up." replied Jack.

As soon as the owner had left, FreyFrey looked up to Mr. Reeling and said, "May I help you build it?"

"You already have the most important peice. You never had to ask."

FreyFrey gripped her package and swallowed hard. Her eyes shone with excitement. Then Mr. Reeling went back to looking at the parts.
