Legolas X Reader Stories!

Shivers

     You were with the Fellowship of the Ring.  You were struggling through the Pass of Caradhras.  The snow was deep and it was deathly cold.  You stuck close to Legolas the whole way.  When you were with him, you felt safe and secure.  He would always protect you. 
     The hobbits pushed forward through the soft, yet cold snow.  Their faces had a blue tint, and they were shivering.  A
Gandalf was ahead of them, attempting to dig ahead with his staff.  Aragorn and Boromir looked no less cold than the hobbits did.  You could barely see Gimli, he was so deep in the snow.  Legolas walked ahead of everyone else, feet barely leaving a footprint, as he scouted ahead.  You struggled through the snow, but stayed by his side. 
     After walking for about a half and hour more, you got colder and colder.  You stumbled with every step.  If you didn't find warmth soon, you would freeze to death.  The hobbits seemed no less cold than you were.  All of a sudden, you began to get lightheaded.  Your vision blackened.  You reached up for Legolas' hand.  You were so weak that simply lifting your arm up felt like you were lifting a 100-pound weight.  Legolas felt your grasp, and looked over at you, a look of concern upon his fair face.  "(Y/N!)"  He cried.  You were crouched over with your head down.  Breathing got more and more difficult by the minute.  You shivered so much your limbs ached.  "(Y/N), what happened to you?"  He asked.   "It's the cold.  I'm going to freeze to death."  You said under failing breaths.  "Just hold on, you're going to be alright."  He said comfortingly.  He pulled off his cloak and draped it over your shoulders.  "Here, you need this more than I do."  He said softly.   "W-w-w-what about you?" You said, shivering.  "It's ok.  I will be fine.  Come here."  He said as he picked you up gently and carried you bridal-style.  "Thank you."  You said.  You wrapped you arms around his shoulders and laid your head on his chest.  You fell fast asleep in Legolas' arms.
