Chapter 14

*1 week later*

Jamie's POV

Seven days of happiness and food. Just three more days and I can get the hell out of here. Hopefully. I've gained weight rapidly. 133 pounds. I haven't had any thoughts about cutting or suicide. I think I'll get released soon. Everyone is still in a happy relationship and my dad is in jail. Cleveland and I didn't have to go to court and Stephen will not be getting out. Ever. He may die soon anyways due to alcohol and drug abuse. Ashton and I lay in my bed watching tv.

"Oooh! Dr.Phil is on!" I said excitedly and clicked on it.

"Babe, I don't think that's Dr.Phil." Ashton said with a chuckle. I stared at the tv confused.

"I swear it said Dr.Phil. This is Danny Phantom." I stated. That's when I grabbed my glasses, put them on, and checked the guide again. Under the channel I had selected, it said Danny Phantom.

"I'm so blind without these." I said and turned the tv off. I cuddled up to Ashton and drank my water.

"Did you take your pills for this morning?" Ashton asked.

"Oh shit. No I haven't." I said and took the required pills. The days have been long, boring, but a hint of happiness. I just want to leave already!

"Jamie Brooks, you have some papers to fill out." Dr.Freeman said.

"I do?" I asked as I stared at the papers.

"Yes. You get to go home. You may be out of here by noon." He said. Really? Is this happening?

"Uh is this a joke? Do I really get to go home?" I asked.

"Yes, Jamie, you get to go home. You will have to stay on medication and visit with me regularly until you are healthy." He said. I nodded and took the papers. I filled them out within a few minutes and ran to Cleveland.

"We get to go home!" I say excitedly. He jumped up from the bed.

"Really?! So does Madison!" He said.

"Yay! It all works out! We can both be at home with our babes." I said happily and practically flung the papers at Ana.

"Turn those in! I'm going home! I said and danced around the room. Cleveland, Madison, and Ash joined. I can't believe it! Home! I'm going home!

"We're going home, baby." Ashton said when we finally settled down. I nodded happily and he kissed me with passion.

"I love you." He said. The butterflies fluttered around my stomach.

"I love you too." I said.

"Well congratulations! I'm gonna miss you, Jamie." Ana said.

"Yeah." Naomi and Ariana said together.

"I'll keep in touch. I promise. I'll give you my number." I said and scribbled down my cell phone number on two pieces of paper.

"Text me. Call me. Whatever you wish. Just keep in touch." I said. I grabbed a bag of clothes Cleveland brought me and got ready. It was around 11am when I was done and the doctor told me I was free to go.

"Come on guys! I want to take a REAL shower and sleep in a REAL bed." I stated and hopped in my car. They laughed and joined me.

"Jamie, you haven't drove in a while. Want me to drive instead?" Cleveland asked. I looked at him shocked.

"No! I will drive. I won't ever get in the hang of it again if I don't go ahead and drive." I said and started the car.

"Ash, I need directions to your house." I said while pulling out of the parking lot. I feel like I haven't missed those days of staying off of the road. After Ashton guiding us back home, I danced into the house. I set everything on the counter and dashed for the bathroom.

"Where are you going, babe?" Ash called.

"Shower." I said.

"You may need help. Ana said it would be smart just in case." He said.

"Ok. Come on! I feel the dirtiness on my skin." I said. He smiled and walked into the bathroom. He shut the door and locked it.

"I'll start the water. You get undressed." He stated and messed with the water. I stripped to my bra and panties. I stood there awkwardly and covered up myself. Ashton turned around and smiled. He pulled my arms away and hugged me.

"Jamie, I think you're beautiful in every way. Don't be so insecure. I love you for you." He said and released me. He carefully helped me out of my bra and panties. He helped me into the shower. I stood under the water and a few minutes later, a naked Ashton joined me. I don't like where this is going. I squished up into the corner of the shower and closed my eyes.

"Please don't hurt me." I whimpered. Visions of the night he raped me came back along with my dad raping Cleveland.

"Baby, I'm not going to hurt you. I promise. Come here. I'm not going to do anything but help you shower and treat you with respect." He pulled me gently from the corner and hugged me again. The water came down over us and Ashton kissed my lips gently.

"There's nothing to be afraid of. Now let's get you cleaned up." He smiled at me and helped me wash my hair. Next was my body and it was awkward. He never sexually harassed me though. He was being a gentleman the whole time. I stared at Ashton and wrapped my arms around his neck and he put his around my waist. We leaned in to kiss each other, the water hitting our faces. I'm so glad to be home with Ashton and Cleveland. I pull away from Ashton and he helps me out of the shower. He wraps a towel around me before turning the water off. I dry myself off and get dressed.

"Feel better, Jamie?" Ashton asks. I smile and nod.

"I do. I can actually be comfy and not have to be watched over every second while I sleep." I state and Ash chuckles. I brush through my hair and part it to the side. My hair grew out longer since I didn't really get to wash it forever. It's midway down my back. I put my glasses on and walk out with a smile on my face. Ashton soon joins and I sit with him and Cleveland on the couch.

"Glad to be home, Jame?" Cleveland asks and kisses my forehead.

"Yes. Glad is an understatement though. More like fucking gummy bear and lollipop happiness." I say and they laugh.

"Ash, you didn't do anything to my sister in that shower did you?" Cleveland asks in all seriousness.

"Nope. I helped her get cleaned up and came right back out. I didn't do anything to disrespect her or pressure her into something." Ashton said and grabbed me by the waist, pulling me into his side.

"Yeah that better be what happened in that shower. If you do anything to hurt my sister, Irwin, you might as well just run for the hills cause I'll kill you." Cleveland said. I slapped his arm playfully.

"Come on, Clev! Nothing happened. If you do anything to hurt Madison, you'll wish you were dead instead of what I'd do to you." I say playfully and we all laugh.

"I'm hungry!" I yell and dash for the kitchen. I look in the fridge. Nothing. I look in the pantry. Nothing.

"Ash, get up and go to the store. Your kitchen is depressing!" I said and plopped back down on the couch.

"Ok. Be back in a bit. Love you." Ashton says and gives me a quick kiss.

"Love you too." I say and smile as he walks out. Today has been absolutely amazing.
