Am I Dreaming?

Chapter 1

Monday 9th December 2013

It's already the first day of summer holidays! School is finally over and it's the time to hit the beach, party with friends and live life to the fullest!

I close my diary, open the windows and look over to my four best friends Carly, Chloe, Maddy and Kiara. They are all still peacefully asleep after the party down at the beach last night. As I approach the kitchen, mums up making breakfast for the girls and I. "Morning mum" I whisper, "Morning love" she replies. "where are the girls?" She asks. I let out a little giggle, "still fast asleep" I reply. Mum laughs and continues making breakfast. Then she says, "You all must have came home really late last night, it's already 10:30am..." Mum is interrupted by the sound of footsteps coming down from upstairs, "They must be up" I replied and took a seat at the kitchen bench. "Morning Sam" the girls all said together. "Morning sleepy heads haha!" I reply. "Morning girls! Did you all have a good sleep?" Mum asks, We all nodded our heads and they accompanied me at the kitchen bench. Mum served breakfast, pancakes with maple syrup and strawberries except for Carly she's allergic to strawberries. Soon enough we all head down to the beach with our surf boards ready to have a good time!

Chapter 2

The beach is beautiful. The waves are big and the sand is warm on our toes. We race to the water with our surf boards. The sound of the ocean and the waves clashing is so peaceful. " I challenge you all to a surf off!" Carly shouts. "Bring it haha!" Maddy replies. Chloe, Kiara agree. "Come on Sam!" Everyone cheers. "I'm in!" I reply and we all start paddling with out boards into the deep ocean.

"Who ever can ride the biggest wave wins" Chloe shouts. "GO!" We all paddle even faster out into the ovens just to find that big wave. Kiara spots something and paddles in a different direction. I turn my head to see a group of 5 boys on the sand watching us. Chloe passes me and says "I see some boys on the beach there, I wonder who they are... looks like we all have to be impressive hey?" I smile and continue paddling.

I turn my head a second time and see Kiara riding a big wave. Damn! I keep looking around waiting for the right wave to come and finally it appears! I jump up on my surf board and start to ride this magnificent wave. Then I see Maddy, Carly, Chloe and Kiara riding the same one also! I smile "I think we all win!" Carly says and we all laugh. "I can't believe we all went for the same wave and rode it together, that was amazing!" Kiara stated.

I feel on top of the world! As the wave comes to an end we all lay on our boards tired from all the paddling and wave riding.

I hear the boys on the sand cheering and whistling. We all get up and look over to the boys they are all going crazy jumping up and about what were they trying to tell us? All of a sudden a massive wave towers over us and we all fall off our boards and land face first into the ocean. All of a sudden I can't breathe and I slowly feel my body going cold. The last thing I see is the girls sinking down to the bottom of the ocean with me...

Chapter 3

I wake up with a massive headache. I lay on a bed, a hospital bed! I see two sparkling eyes looking down into mine. "Hi I'm Harry, your going to be ok. Do you remember what happened?" He said. He's brown curly hair bounced around he's face as he spoke. "I, I, I, I just remember I, I was surfing.... then there's was this wave.... I fell off my surf board.... My, my, my friends.... are, are they ok?" I stuttered. "They're ok, they're right here." He replied and the girls all crowded around my bed smiling. "Once the lads and I saw that wave about to come crashing down on you lovely ladies, we knew you were all in trouble. As soon as it hit the surface of the water, you all went under and we just dived in finding you all unconscious." Harry replied. I got up from my bed. "Sorry I didn't catch your name..." Harry whispered. "My names Samantha" I replied

"Samantha, meet Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn!" Harry whispered "Hello" I replied. All the boys smiled. They seemed really nice. I smiled as Niall caught my eye, he had a chicken drumstick in one hand, he was holding a sandwich in the other and Zayn put down two ice creams and one slurpee on the table for him. Cheers Zayn" Niall shouted.

"The doctor said once your all awake, they'll do a few tests and you may be able to go home!" Louis said in excitement.

Once the tests were done we were able to all go back to my house. The boys drove us back and we explained what happened to my parents. "Thank you so much you saved their lives!" My mum cried. "Anytime! We really would stay but we have somewhere to go." Liam stated. We all said our goodbyes and the boys left.

The girls and I went up to my room so grateful to be alive. We went to bed so exhausted from a long day hoping in our hearts we would still keep in touch with the mysterious boys who saved our lives.

2 years later....

Sam's POV

I lay awake in bed, I turn over to see Harry's brown curls touching my arm. He looks so peaceful and he is snoring softly.

Chloe's POV

Niall's hands are warm as he strokes my face giving me one last kiss before he makes us breakfast in bed.

Carly 's POV

I wait in bed only to find Loui wrapped in a towel steaming from the shower. He comes closer and I look into his eyes they are so blue. He reaches his big strong arms around me and kisses me softly.

Kiara's POV

I lie in bed with Zayn's arms wrapped around me
