- In the ICT room -

I was staring at my computer screen, not knowing what on earth I was supposed to do. Mr Harts had given us an absurd task and now, I was confused beyond belief.

*Flashback*

"Now everyone, please open your monitor. On your desktop, there should be an icon with a huge 'L' inside it. Underneath the icon, there should be a small text stating 'League of Legends'. Double click on that icon. After a few seconds, a small window should appear on your screen. Click on 'Launch', another bigger window should appear, this is where you will need to enter your username and password. I have already created an account for the each of you. When I call out your name, please come to the front and take this piece of paper. The rest, figure it out yourselves." he instructed us.

He sat down comfortably on bis chair and took out a bunch of papers. Then, he started calling out names and giving each student a paper. After a while, he finally called out my name.

"Zayden Stealth" he said out loud. I walked to the front and received my piece of paper before shortly returning back to my seat.

*Flashback Ends*

Currently, I was still stuck on the first step: searching for the icon. I didn't know if I was either blind or extremely blind, but I just couldn't manage to find the icon. Luckily, my best friend, Liam Reeds who was sitting right beside me seemed to notice my strange behaviour.

"Umm, Zayden? The icon is right over there," he said to me while pointing at my screen. I looked at where he was pointing, the bottom left corner of my screen and sure enough, there was an icon with a big 'L' inside it.

"Ah! Thanks, Liam!" I thanked him before double-clicking on the icon.

Suddenly, a small window popped up, there were many kinds of images and text on the window but I ignored it all and clicked on 'Launch'. The window disappeared but was shortly replaced by another larger window. On that window, there was some kind of machine guy killing some robots animation. It was thrilling until I remembered my original purpose. On the left side of the window were two rectangular boxes and there was a text above each box. The first box had a text that stated 'Username' and the text below that stated 'Password'.

As you can already guess, I didn't know what I was supposed to do at first until I looked at the paper I had received from Mr Harts and I finally realised what it was meant for. I immediately entered my username and password before pressing the 'log in' button. The login screen closed and yet another window appeared before me. The window was literally all black but there was a text in the middle of the window.

"Do you wish to proceed with the tutorial?" it stated. I was about to click on 'yes' until I accidentally clicked on 'no' somehow.

"Oh..." I nearly cursed at myself. My luck. I looked at my surroundings in order to see if some of my classmates had also done the same mistake as I did. Most of them were concentrating on the tutorial or doing some other stuff but there were some stragglers among them. In this situation, I was certain about one thing, I didn't want to be scolded. I tried to cover up my mistake and quickly thought about my summoner's name, not even knowing what it was. Without hesitation, I typed into the box...'Zayden'. It was the first thing that had come to my mind. I pressed enter without the slightest hint of regret.

*Bell rings* I took a deep breath. It was then I realised what I had just done. I had named my profile as my real name.

"Alright class, please quit the game and turn off your computer. I will be coming around to each of you and will be giving you a book detailing the steps for a beginner to an amateur. By next week, I expect you all to fully memorise the book. That's the only homework that I will be giving you this year so please try your best to fulfil it." Mr Harts said to us. By the time I had pressed 'shut down', Mr Harts had already arrived at my table and handed me a...VERY THICK BOOK,

"You've gotta be kidding me..." I muttered as the book fell onto my table and created a small earthquake.

"I have high hopes for you, Zayden." Mr Harts said before proceeding to hand the other students their book. His words certainly had some kind of effect on me because I suddenly felt confident in myself.

"Those who have received their book, you can go back to class now," he said to the entire class.

The journey back to class was a mayhem. Everyone was either chatting to each other, reading the thick book while walking or complimenting the new teacher's appearances, especially for the girls. Me? I was too busy deciding if I should play the game or not. In the end, I couldn't decide at all. All my arguments to play the game were countered by other arguments inside my brain.

The rest of the day was pretty normal which was a relief. As usual, I studied and concentrated on the teacher's lecture in every lesson. However, one thing was different, I was unable to fully focus because there had one thing on my mind the entire time. League of Legends. I didn't know why, but deep inside...I felt like the game was special to me. I couldn't stop thinking about it. When school ended, I picked up my bag and exited my classroom silently.

Author's Notes: That's the end of Chapter 2! Hope you enjoy it! Chapter 3 might come later than usual but hey, let's BELIEVE in me, alright guys?
