So are u ready to finally meet my mom ? As I ask while we are walking to my car. Yes but I'm really nervous .. What of sue doesn't like me ?? Oh don't be silly we have been dating for 8 months now I think its time u meet my mom. Damnnnn as I hear him say when we get to my car. What ?? I say exremely confused . did u get new rims ?? He asked . yea duhh !! Just because I have a bmw doesn't mean I can't have rims I say while I let out a little laugh

The ride home was really quiet . baby ? I ask as we pull in the driveway. Yes? He says in a nervous way? Are you ready ? Ummm I guess. When we walk inside I call for mom and she comes downstairs immediately with the biggest smile on her face. OMG HEYYY u must be kamani im arianyis mom u can just call me alica. hello. Kamani says stuttering a little bit.
So where do u live at? My mom asks kamani. I live over in timber springs (a neighborhood).omg thats a beautiful neighborhood my mom replies. SO do u want me to give you a tour ?? Sure . okay as I say guiding him upstairs. After I finished giving him a tour I drove him home we said our goodbyes and exchanged our kisses and hugs.

BEEP BEEP BEEP. Ughhhh as I say dreading to get up and get ready for school. I head over to my bathroom and turn the shower on so I can go ahead and wash my extremely curly \ nappy hair, you know its a shame I have to wake up at 5 and spend a hour doing my hair.
Fuck it I say to myself I'm just gonna bum it today so I walk over to my dresser and I grab my new sweat pants I got from pink the other day with my matching shirt and a hoodie from pink as well.after I fix my hair into my little puff ponytail I head downstairs to fix myself some food. After I finish eating I head back upstairs and brush my teeth and then slide on my new Jordan's that kamani bought me for my birthday then I grab my keys and my bag and I'm off to school. Before I even stepped foot out of my car my friend aaliyah ran over to me and almost knocked me on my feet. OMG OMG OMG she squeals. What ?? I ask her a little freaked out. Devon finally asked me to homecoming we have to go get my dress after school! Omg I'm so happy for you I relpy and yes duhh you know I'm going to take u to get a dress but before we go to the mall Im gonna go home and change outta this. Yayyy!! She says loudly causing people to stare come on lets go now. The bell rings and I meet aaliyah at my car and we make our fist stop at my house. Hi alica how are you?? Aaliyah says to my mom. Heyy liyah I'm good how are you ?? I'm great devon asked me to homecoming today! OMG my mom squeals congratulations I'm so happy for you! I run up stairs to change. Hmm I think I'm gonna wear my light jeans with my white addidas long sleeve crop top and my white and black addidas. I run back downstairs And me and aaliyah are on our way to the mall.
When we get to the mall we go into a dress boutique that we see and aaliyah tried on atleast 20 dresses and then she found a light pink mermaid fitted dress that was strapless and it looked great on her. After we buy the dress we go into a shoe store and buy some silver sparkled pumps and then we go get makeup and accessories and all that stuff. When I got home My mom wasn't home so I thought she probably worked a double or something. Then when I get out of my car I see rose petals trailing on the driveway into the back yard so I follow them and I see pictures of me and kamani and then I see a crowd of people move and make a path and kamani was at the end so I walk down the path and he has a sign asking me to homecoming.
All I could do was cry and nod my head yes because it was such a sweet suprise and I grave him a big hug and kiss. My night was totally made.
