An infant I once used to be
The world my playground I could see
No worries ever touched my heart
My soul and sorrow worlds apart!
But as I grow I come of age
My love and kindness turn to rage
For now that I become a kid
The caring life I farewell bid!
As I grow the truth is clear
I live a life of constant fear
For now that I become a man
Work to prosper becomes my plan!
As I grow I reach my end
See life slip right through my hand
For now I enter my final days
Waiting to move to a better place!
