BELLA'S POV

I was now sitting in the lounge room of the coven's house.

I noticed that the house was very well designed and whoever had designed it had very good taste. The house was modern but at the same time had a couple of history related art pieces in it. Overall it gave a nice warm feeling, which surprised me considering that it was a house that vampires lived in.

The whole coven had gathered around in the living room and we're now all just watching me.

I was trying to seem confident and care free, so that I kept up my facade in front of the coven, but I was struggling slightly.

Usually in scenarios like this I would be able to read there mind to easily know what they were thinking and plan out what I was going to do based on their thoughts.

But I wasn't able to do that this time since Edward was able to read their minds and know that someone was reading them. Probably guessing that it was me because I am the only unknown and untrustworthy person in the room.

There was also the problem that Edward's, Alice's and Jasper's powers would still not work on me, meaning that they might make the connection with who I am now and who I am at school. I just hope that they don't work it out, or just don't work it out for a couple of days, enough for Hazel and Tommy to get here and for us to work out a plan.

Maybe I could even tr-

My thoughts were interrupted by a voice, "Can you tell us a bit about yourself Victoria?" Asked Carlisle.

"Yeah, what do you want to know?" I responded confidently, looking straight into Carlisle's eyes.

He had been the one to suggest that I come back to their house so that we could talk and I had agreed, letting him lead the way back as though I didn't know where it was.

"Perhaps...how old are you? Where do you usually live? Why are you here?" I snapped my head towards the other girl who I still don't know that name of, who had just made the snide comment towards me.

"Rose!" The woman scolded.

I smiled sweetly in her direction, leaning forward slightly just to make her more annoyed and to keep up my relaxed facade. "Rose is it?" I said as my sickly sweet smile turned into a glare "I was not talking to you was I? Do you know how rude it is to interrupt someone's conversation with another person?" I asked in a slightly baby voice, smiling at the end to really set her off.

I could feel the large waves of hate rolling off her as I took a quick look around the lounge room finding that everyone had a slightly shocked face, some taking a quick glance at Rose, looking a little worried.

"How dare you come into our house and think that you rule the place" she half yelled, standing up from her seat next to the buff guy. "And by the way, my name is Rosalie, not Rose to you" she continued as she walked out the room and up the stairs.

I smiled slightly, when I had first agreed to comeback to the house she had rolled her eyes and then glared at me. I had also overheard her talking with the woman on the way back, trying to get out of being around me, she didn't seem like a nice vampire.
