Asked by my mom to withdraw some money, I went to the bank by taxi. I inserted the ATM card when suddenly I felt something touching at my back. I looked at my back and I saw a knife being held by a masked stranger. I realized I am in deep trouble.

My name is Ed. Just a normal third year high school student with an average height, average weight and average looks. I’m not really inclined to sports. I sleep during classes and the only thing I’m good at is video games. My classmates sometimes call me wimpy for being lazy during classes but I don’t really care what they say. Anyways, so here I am, for the first time in my life experiencing a holdup in a bank. I’m just the unluckiest guy ever. I trembled with fear seeing the knife held up next to my back and the stranger whispered to me, “Don’t move.” As I heard the stranger whispered to me, I realized, it isn’t a guy that is at the back of me right now. I realized that the person holding a knife, pointing it to me, is a lady.

“Give me all your money.”

She said it to me with a strong voice. I looked at the receipt and the balance was only P 1,000. I withdrew the remaining money and gave it to her slowly. I looked at her and her face was masked. She has a long red hair and surprisingly I was a little bit taller than her. This made me think that maybe I have the advantage of fighting her by knocking off the knife and by stopping her hands.

“Looks like you got unlucky for picking me to be robbed with.” I said to her after giving it to her. I was waiting for the opportunity to attack.

“Shut up.” She said to me and after hearing it I swiftly knocked off her knife and kicked the knife far to the other side for her not to reach.I held her hands and successfully took off her mask but she kicked my foot which caused me to fall into her.

We were both lying on the ground. I was on top of her and we are staring at each other. I stared at her face for a few seconds and I noticed that she was quite young. It looked like to me that she was also in my age. I stared at her eyes. It was blue. I subconsciously loosen my hands and she suddenly stood fast and ran away.

It was my first time experiencing a holdup in my life. I picked up her knife and of all the things that a person would think after being robbed, All I thought was,

 "cute...”
