Chapter 4

The winged hollows flew swiftly towards the 2 soul reapers, kuraso and toneri readied there blades as the animalistic screeches of the hollows cut through air, " here they come.." kuraso said lowely as the lead hollow readied its talons as it swooped low towards the pair. Suddenly as the hallow neared the two, toneri lunged into the air and with no hesitation or struggle the boy swiftly pulled his long zanpacto from its sheeth and slashed upwards across the hallows body sending spirts of black blood into the air and cauising the hallow to turn to dust on the pavement of the back alley " one down 4 to go " toneri said smuggly as he looked back.over his shoulder at his much older allie " gonna stand there all day kuraso ?" Toneri said with a grin as kuraso returned with a grin of his own as he charges forward zanpacto raised as 2 more winged hallows swoop down teeth ready and talons beared " foolish beasts " kuraso spoke as he jumped  into the air and lands onto the lead hollows back, using it as leverage kuraso kicks off into the air above the second winged hollow ad they swooped downward. Once in the air kuraso began to fall slowly almost as if he was slowly levitating back towards the ground " 2 more still up here.." kuraso thought to himself as he grit his teeth and glared at the 2 incoming hollows " come then..meet your deaths " kuraso said as the enemies flew at high speeds towards him, they let out a deafing cry as there wings grew broad and sharp almost like blades " neat trick..i have my own...grow kagematsu!" Kuraso calls out as his zanpacto morphs from.a short blade into a large buster sword " die!" Kuraso roars as the two incoming hollows slash at him with there wings, with kagematsus new size and strenght kuraso easily slashes aginst the wings sending sparks flying into the air and knocking the hallows off course causing them to turn trying to make another pass.  The other 2 lead hollows and flew downward towards toneri who was still grounded " damit there coming in too fast" the young soul reaper said as the first hollows swooped low and barely missed toneri with its talons " close one" toneri said ducking as the second hollows attack came soon after toneri turned too late as the second hollow dug its talons into toneris shoulders causing the boy to wince in pain, the hollow beat its large wings taking the boy into the air " hey! Put me down you over sized chicken lizard!" Toneri protested as the hollow only chuckled, kuraso could hear his friends crys from above, the older purple haired soul reaper looked down with wide eyes " toneri!" Kuraso called as toneri struggled to break free from the hollows grasp " damn you!" Toneri growled, the young boys gaze went to under him were he noticed the other hollow flying fast upward towards him jaws snapping " gotta think fast " toneri though to himself as he looked up and  swung his large sword above his head cutting the feet from the hollow holding him " rahhh!" The hollow cried in pain as toneri was sent diving towards the hollow under him " soul reapers off the menu today chicken shit!" Toneri cursed as he readied his zanpacto stabing downward hard into the winged beasts mask, with the force of the stab toneri and the hollow smashed into the ground bellow causing a small crater and a pile of dust under toneris feet " that was awesome!" Toneri chantted happily as he looked up to kuraso who was still dueling the last 2 remaining hollows " you got the last ones right buddy?!" Toneri winked with a thumbs up as kuraso nods ready for the hollows final assault. The hollows no longer attacked together now one flew infront of the other teeth snapping and talons clenching " there attacks are no longer in tandom..how foolish " kuraso  pointed his sword forward towards the first hollow, as it got into striking range, kuraso with one easy flick of his wrist swing.his blade around and severed the head from the monster leaving only one remaining  " one more" kuraso said but he was not prepared for the anamilistic rage in the last hollows attack, with speed the last hollow bit down onto the blade of kurasos zapacto and the pair were now in a free fall towards the grounf with kiraso being unlucky, he was under the hollow " damit this isint were i wanna be.." kuraso though as he looked up at the hollow. Its eyes were filled with hate " any last words soul reaper!" The hollow roars through clenched jaws " only one thing actually.." kuraso speaks as he raises his left hand towards the hollow " shadow grip" out of nowhere  a huge purple and black shadow claw grows from kurasos hand and claws the side of the hollow ripping off the beasts right wing and causing it to release kurasos sword " perfect " kuraso said as he lifted his arms and using the hiar current, he rose above the hollow " but how did he-!" The hollow protested as a kuraso dived down towards him " kagemastu slash!" Kuraso slashed down the whole lenght of the hollows body and landed shortly after, the hollow was ash before it even hit the ground " you ok..toneri?" Kuraso asked as he walked to his young commrade " y-yeah im good..see no blood" toneri gestures to his shoulders " i heal fast haha" toneri chuckles as kuraso turns his gaze to the sky " look..the portals closing " the huge black rift in the sky closed not allowing anymore hollows to enter  " well now that thats over we can get back to are real objective " toneris comment brought kuraso back to attention " right, getting me back into the soul society " kuraso looks calmly yet seriously at toneri who nods and smiles " so in order to do this correctly we gotta go see him " toneri says vaugely, this caused kurasos eyes to widen and brows to raise " him..whos him ?".
