Chapter 1: First Day of School

"Sarah get up right now, it is the first day of school", my mom said.

"Okay" I said. It was the first day of school. It was my last year in high school. I got up took a shower with my smell good body wash. After I got out I went into my closet and picked out a outfit wear today. It was a light purple sundress with black leggings and one inch high heels. I put on my makeup and jewelry, then went down the stairs .

When I got into the kitchen my mom had made my first day breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, and strawberry milk. After I thanked my mom for the breakfast I went outside to my custom made Mustang and drove to school.

Once at school I went to my locker my boyfriend James was there. "Hey babe" boys that is all they say but, I don't care. "Hey James how have you been?" I know it sounds awkward but he didn't find me locking lips with his enemy. "Sarah I am so sorry Jill just came onto me what can I say I am a male." "Omg James just leave me alone and go back to Jill you to belong together". "You know I can't do that baby". Jerk I slammed my locker right in his face it made him flinch and walked to first period which was History.

Hope saved me a seat in the back, oh how I hate to sit in the front. Hope is my best friend and has been since first grade. My teachers name is Mr. Jackson. He starts taking about all the things we are going to cover this year. But I don't listen I am to busy texting Hope about James.

"He cheated on me with Jill!"

"How could he do that to you. You are so much better than Jill."

" I know right I think I broke up with this morning and he probably already locking lips with Jill or some other bimbo."

"Yeah you should break up with him. He deserves it after he slept with every girl in the school that is willing."

The sound of the bell makes me jump with shock. I avoid going to my locker James is probably waiting there to give me a wave of apologies. So I just go to class. After third period I go to lunch, the school lunches are always disgusting so I don't eat there. Hope meets me at the front of the school to get lunch. We get into her Porsche and drive to Subway. I get the Spicy Italian and Hope gets a Cold Cut. when we are done paying we still have about 30 minutes of lunch left so we eat here. I guess we weren't the only ones to not want school food because James and Jill comes walking through the door together holding hands. I have had it I march up to him and punch him right in him jaw. "We are done don't ever talk to me again. I can't believe it". Oh I am so sorry Sarah she came at me sure! I marched out of Subway and Hope followed equally as pissed.

Back at school since we only had five minutes we got all of stuff needed for fourth period. While we walked to fourth period we talked about the new gorgeous guy that is in our grade.

"No, Sarah you haven't seen him yet. Most of the sluts have already tried out on him but he seems to be looking for someone." He is looking for someone, that's weird. Me and Hope walk into AP-English and sit down but I guess I sat down in the wrong seat because Mrs. Star told me to sit by the window. There were two open seats so I sat in one and Hope sat in the other.

What I didn't notice is that there is a boy sitting next to me. I give Hope a questionably look. "The new boy" she mouths. I look over at him and he is hot! He has dirty blond hair and bright blue eyes. "Hi you new?" "Yeah my name is Zayne. I have something to ask you after school of you are up to it?" "Sure". Didn't Hope say in the hallway that he was looking for someone or something like that. Its weird but it feels like I know him from somewhere. What could he want from me. I sit and listen to the rest of Mrs. Star has to say about what we are doing for the school year.

My fifth hour is Art. Sixth hour is French. My seventh hour is Trig. Zayne is in my seventh hour but, sitting across the room from me. Mrs. Redbird is my Trig teacher. I looked over to Zayne and saw him staring at me. We both looked away quickly.

With the first day over I waited for Zayne in the sitting area by the front of the school. When he came into my view I got up to meet him.

"Hey what did you want to tell me."

"We can't talk about it here, come on." He leads me to his Lamborghini and opens the door for me. I get in and he gets on his side. "Well I have been looking for you for awhile and well....."
