Chapter 4

Hey I'm back with your favorite story I Can't Explain. I know its been a long time since I've updated but I lot of things have been distracted me so I'm sorry. I hope ya'll can forgive please. Well here is the newest chapter of I Can't explain. Enjoy!

Trey

The door suddenly burst open to reveal... the janitor.

Trey stepped back. It was really late, why would the janitor be here this late?

“Sorry. It’s really late and this is the last room on my run. Are you finished in here so I can clean it,” the man asked.

Trey gathered the rest of his stuff. “Yeah, sorry ‘bout that man. Have a good night.”

Trey walked into the darkness. He didn’t know who he was expecting, he was acting all paranoid and shit.

Melissa

"So Melissa, anything you want to tell us?" Gabby asked.

They were all in Melissa's room, sitting on her bed, talking about stuff.

"No, not really."

"Well I saw the way Mr. Neverson was holding you," Jessica said.

Here we go again, she thought. He was their teacher for goodness sake.

"He was just teaching me you guys! Nothing more, nothing less. Damn," she yelled exasperated.

"That man is so into you, and you ain't got a clue!" Jessica said.

"Yeah Melissa, she's right," Gabby added.

"What man is into who?" a deep voice said, startling them all.

"Aw dad it's nobody. Can you please stop listening in," Melissa said.

"Nah. This is my house; you are basically in my room. So who is this guy? Do I need to talk to him?"

Melissa covered her head with her pillow. Her dad was annoying and overprotective.

"No, we were talking about a book," Jessica said.

"Better have been," he said walking out.

"Yeah, even if you liked him and he liked you, what would your dad do?" Gabby said.

Yeah, Melissa thought, what would he do?

Lauren

Lauren sat in her car as she watched Trey's car leave.

What an idiot I was, she thought. She was so dumb to let him go. She couldn't believe he didn't just take her back. She thought that he would. She knew he loved her. All she had to do was allow him to remember those feelings and then she could have her man back... and get out of her mother's house.

She was a fool to have left him. But she was gonna get him back.
