'Wait a sec. It's supposed to be here.' I search around my purse for the tickets desperately. Right now, me, Emma Silvers and my friends, Cara Lutz and Kate Rodriguez is in front of the ticket counter, standing like morons and me flushed out.

'Emma, when you went to fetch your car keys you gave something to Cara, right?' Kate asked.

' Cara...What?' Cara asks airily, busy in her phone.

'Oh yeah. Good you remember!', I breath out and snatch Cara's purse and produce 3 shiny looking glorious tickets.

'Seriously, that one. You could have only asked.' Cara says.

'No Miss, why all the trouble? You were busy with your world, I couldn't bear to disturb you.' I say thickly as we finally enter the concert.

It was really crowded here which totally freaks me out as I am Agoraphobic. I wouldn't have come, it was only for Kate. She loves Imagine Dragons and she couldn't bear to miss it and of course she couldn't come alone. She has a pretty smart way of convincing me though.
...............................................................

It was Saturday morning and I was just enjoying my day by watching a thriller and having popcorn with the bright sunshine driving into my room.

''Emma !!!!!!!'', Kate yells from her room in a way as if she heard someone was planning to kill her favourite kitty 'Snowy'.

She runs into the hall where I was and jumps next to me on the couch.''Imagine Dragons concert is on this Thursday in Times square! Can you believe it?'', Kate blabbles.

''So,what am I supposed to do?''I ask.

She glares at me with big fishy eyes,''what are you supposed to do? Emma, I love Imagine Dragons and so do you. You have so many of their songs in your playlists.!!!!'', Kate says unbelievably.

'' I know but I have to go to work on Thursday night, Did you forget that I work part time in Starbucks!'', I exclaim.

''Yeah, but it's only from 4:00pm-7:30pm. The concert is from 9pm.'' Kate explains.

''Please don't let me down Emma. I really need you guys to come along.''', Kate pleads with those teddy bears eyes.

''Fine. I will go.'', I say as I mentally groan.

So here we are in the middle of the crowd, walking past.

The fright hit me hard right then. All the noise became background music and everything ahead a blur. Sweat breaking on my forehead and my throat dried up. Suddenly I find long, thin fingers wrap around my right hand and with sudden force pulls me forward with great speed. A whisp of air blows on my face and half brings me back to consciousness.

Suddenly we come to an absolute standstill and the north wind cuts by us which calms my nerves. I blink to see Kate and Cara looking at me with concern.

''Are you feeling better now?'', Kate asks.

I just closed my eyes and breathed in and out.'' Here take this'', Cara hands me a cold bottle of Starbucks.
I take a huge sip and feel the
pleasure of the cold liquid trickling down my scroched, dried out throat.

Even before I realised the drink got over and I was sucking into air. I walk towards the basket to throw away the bottle.

As I walked, a tall, slender boy with shaggy black hair brushed by me rashly almost that I was gonna topple over and fall. I hold onto his shirt to avoid the fall.

We were uncomfortably close. His grey eyes reminding me of storm. I step back. '' sorry!'', I mumble.

''Watch your step, bitch!'', the boy spits and walks away.

What?? First off, he was the one because of whom I was about to fall and he was supposed to be the one to tell me sorry. Instead I was the one to apologize and this is what I get? No wonder, my trust in guys is beyond zero.

I walk to the basket and dump the bottle with such force, imaging dumping him into it.

''Bloody crack-ups!'', I mutter under my breath and mentally note to tell Kate and Cara about the incident.
