Adeline's P.O.V.

Um...hi there. My name is Adeline Lyric Shoals but people call me Addie. I have medium, purple hair with bangs, brown eyes, light dimples and I'm pale. I'm very skinny, I dress in black a lot, I'm also 14 years old and my birthday is February 16th. I'm from Georgia so I have a southern accent. I'm self conscious, slightly depressed, and I have severe social anxiety but that's because of my past before I was at the orphanage.

Orphanage. Or-PHAN-age. See what I did there? Yeah it's true. I'm an internet gal. Professional fangirl/shipper, Tumblr addict, YouTube addict, Instagram addict, Netflix, Pinterest, everything.

I live at Mrs. Rachel's Orphanage in LA. How did I get here? I tried to escape, and succeeded, from my old orphanage in Georgia so they put me here. Why all the way on the other side of the country I'm not sure.

Mrs. Rachel is really nice to all of us but some of the girls, Reagan, Whitney, and Kelly are really mean to me.

Mrs. Rachel let me have a laptop because she sees how the girls treat me and she wanted me to feel better.

Right now I was in my room watching Tyler Oakley. Troye and Tyler came out as a couple as soon as Troye's Blue Neighborhood tour ended about seven months ago. Apparently they had been dating for two years before that.

"GIRLS!!!" Mrs. Rachel called. "TWO COUPLES ARE HERE TO ADOPT A GIRL EACH. ALL CHILDREN AGES THIRTEEN TO SIXTEEN MEET IN THE LIVING ROOM IN FIVE MINUTES!!!"

I never get adopted. All couples want little girls so they can watch them grow u-wait. Ages thirteen to sixteen? I'm in that age range!

I looked across the room to my best friend Ella who was also fourteen. She had long, mint blue hair that almost reached the small of her back, blue eyes, dressed in black, and was pale like me.

We both shut out laptops, (Reagan, Whitney, and Kelly treat her the same as they do me.) and ran to the bathroom. We brushed through our hair, brushed our teeth, and quickly put on make up.

We rushed downstairs and into the living room. We got at the end of the line.

Mrs. Rachel entered the room. "Alright girls. The couples have said they wanted to adopt girls ages fourteen. Anyone not fourteen are excused to leave." She smiled.

This left me, Ella, Reagan, Kelly, and Whitney. Great. Well we're not getting adopted.

Twenty minutes later, Ella and I were the only two waiting to meet the couples.

Mrs. Rachel came back to the room and called us into the room where the couples were. As soon as Ella and I laid eyes on the couples we both gasped.

We raised our hands and Mrs. Rachel nodded for us to speak.

"Are you Alfie Deyes, Zoe Sugg, Tyler Oakley, and Troye Sivan?!" We both squeaked.

All their faces lit up. "Look guys! They know who we are!" Zoe explained. They all smiled and nodded. Maybe we will get adopted after all?

After questioning with both of the couples we went and waited on their decisions in the living room.

I don't think I'll get adopted. The orphanage gives people a questionnaire to ask the orphans.
