Chapter 4: Olive Garden (Caleb)

Dropping of my girlfriend from school wasn't so easy because of traffic.

"bye baby,love you" I told Savannah. "bye baby, love yo too!" savannah said back with a smile on her face. I was on the way to my your when my iphone vibrated from me getting a text message. It was from my mom. She was informing me not to forget to meet her and her friend at Olive Garden at 6:00 p.m. I responded with a simple okay,I want forget.

It was now 5:30, and I decided to go ahead and start to head over their. I turned on the radio to So 100, and heard Miley Cyrus singing her new single "wrecking ball". As I arrived it was 5:50, my mom was no where in sight so I figured I would go in and get a 

us a table.

Walking in wasn't so easy. It was like as soon as I walked it was surrounded by a lot of strangers. I tried to get through soon I told them I had to go, because I was meeting my mom here. After getting out the huge crowded I saw a waitress holding up a sign saying my name in bright red letters. She escorted me to my table, which I ran into my friend, Maya Wells. She was sitting at the same I was being escorted to.

When I sat down at the table the waitress informed Maya and I that our parents will arrive shortly. Maya and I looked at each other in confusing. Before I said a word to Maya, my mom and Maya's dad showed up. They were holding hands for some odd reason, this was really confusing. I noticed that my mom had a humongous ring on her left hand ring finger.

Before our parents could explain anything Maya stood up and walked out, I followed. She went outside. Before she could call Chris I asked if she wanted a ride to his house. We pulled out of the parking lot and I asked Maya "What just happened in here?" "Our parents got married and didn't tell us before hand," Maya answered while glancing out the window. "Was your dad acting weird this morning like my mom was?" I asked in confusing. Maya replied a simple "yep" while still looking out the window. "Are you okay?" I asked while stoping at a red light. "Nope, I just don't wanna talk about this" Maya said with agression.

We arrived at Chris house and Maya finally looked at me with a straight face and said, "lets just keep this a secret and don't tell no one! I wouldn't want our reputation ruined over a stupid decision. Before I could ask what are you trying to say about that, Maya got out the car and slammed the door behind her.

It was just now 6:45 so I decided to stop by Savannah's house. I forgot she had cheer practice so I just decided to go straight home. Instead of going to my mom's house I went to my dads. He was surprised I was their because we never really had a father son bond anymore.

I just walked in and asked if I could stay. He said of course son. It was kinda awkward asking because we've been distance for a while. I just went up to my old room and went to bed.
