Your POV
My pack never lets me out of their sights when we're at school. If I say I'm going to the bathroom, someone follows me. If I go to the library, just to get some peace and quiet, I am followed. Doesn't matter what I do, someone will always watch me. I'm starting to feel like they don't trust me by myself. Maybe Kaytlynn said something to them. I will not hesitate to attack her once I find out.
"(Y/n)," Vic called, "are you ok?"
I shook my head, "No."
"What's wrong?"
"You, the pack, everyone. You guys don't trust me anymore, you never leave me alone, I'm never out of your eye sight. You think I'm gonna go run off with a vamp." I scowled at him. I did run off with a vamp once...but he can't know.
"No! No, it's not like that. We trust you and we love you! We're just being protective...and judging by your reaction...we're being overprotective."
"Yea, definitely. Can you guys just let your guard down a bit? Can I please pee knowing that no one is waiting for me on the other side of the door? Can I go sit in peace in the library by myself?"
"Well...ok. Ok, we'll chill out. Just be careful, (y/n), we wouldn't want any harm coming to you." Vic hugged me.
"I will be just fine." I assured him.
"Hey, we haven't done anything in a while. We should hang out, just you and me. What do ya say, bestie?" Vic suggested.
"Oh hell yea! What are we gonna do?" I asked. "We can...vandalize things at school, go scare Principal Morgan, walk in the woods..." He listed. "Nah, we've done all of that before...we should do something new." I said.
"Ok, what should we do? Anything you have in mind?"
"We should...get...tattoos." The idea popped in my head. "Tattoos? Really? Of what?" Vic shot questions. "They should be something that represents our friendship."
"We've done a lot together. Good things and bad things. You're my partner in crime." Vic smiled. "Th...that's it! Partners in crime! We should get handcuffs." I shared my thoughts. "Ok...if you really want to." He agreed. I jumped up and down with excitement, this is gonna be so fun! But first...we need to finish the school day. I'm really feeling Wednesday today. No, it doesn't feel like Thursday, it feels like Wednesday cuz it really is Wednesday. Most of the pack feels like it's Thursday, not me.
Vic and I are now walking back to the cafeteria from the bathroom. Like I said, no one lets me out of their sights until now, since I spoke up about it. Vic and I saw Andy walking out of the cafeteria and he walked in our direction with a bright smile...the smile that always made my day. The smile that made me smile as well. "Hi, (y/n)." Andy waved to me.
"Hey, Andrew." I greeted him back. We were about to stop and talk more, but Vic took my hand and walked off with me. We sped back to our table, Vic told the pack about going easy on me. They all sort of gave me worried looks as to how they felt about letting me be, but they all agreed that I could walk by myself and be by myself whenever I say.
---
"COME ON, LET'S GO!" I hurried Vic out of school so we could get those tattoos. I pulled him by his arm and yanked him outside of school. "Ok, chill! There's no rush with this." He laughed. "IM JUST REALLY EXCITED!" I hopped onto my motorcycle. Andy came into my field of vision and I flashed him a smile. He nodded his head and smiled back at me. "Ok, let's go." Vic snapped me out of my thoughts. We sped out of the school parking lot, jumping on top of cars that were in our way.
Vic lead the way to the tattoo shop, making me feel as though I was challenged by his speed. Is he trying to go faster than me? Cause I could totally beat him at a motorcycle race any day. FITE ME, VIC.
