The Road Wind

Chapter 1

My name is Clarisa Herther. I have dull blue eyes and brunette hair with dim blonde streaks in it.

It was the last day of my Sophomore year. We were all doing fun stuff in class. In my second period we watched a scary movie and I don't get scared easily.

The creaky wood under the girl's feet as she walked through the abandoned house. Classic. I was sitting next to the cute guy I always sat next too and I perposly made myself get scared so I could through myself on him as I screamed. He just let me do it and one of those times I fell completely ontop of him and he just let me lay on his lap as he quietly wispered yolo. It was adorable! Ahhh, Derik Tyler he was adorable. He had dirty blonde hair and bright green eyes. We have been pretty good friends all year and I might have a little crushy wushy on him.

The movie had ended. I got up off of his lap and stretched. He reached up and grabbed my hand and held it. I blushed.

"Hey Clarisa you doing anything this summer?" He asked me I leaned closer and put my head on his shoulder.

"Acually I was going to go camping with my family, why?"

"I was going on a trip to Wisconsin with some friends and their girlfriends, would you want to accompany me?" He said and grabbed my other hand, pulling me in front of him.

"Oh, Ok, I'll ask if I'm free and I'll text you when they tell me, but it sounds really fun!!" I say and hop out of his hands and get my new books out of my locker.

He put his arm around me and we both walked to our next class. He sat right next to me and passed me notes the whole period. He drew little hearts and crap and we aren't even dating! Does he like me? I hope so! That would be the best last day ever! But today was already going good.

After that class ended he picked up my books and carried them for me to my locker. He kept helping me all the rest of the day. Then at the end of the day we went to the library and I have no idea why. He sat me down in the far back part of it as he picked out the book he was going to read.

"What's that for?" I asked.

"I'm going to steal it, what would you do about that?" He asked me.

"I would ask you why, then say don't!" I said, scared of what he might say.

"Why wouldn't you let me take it? Aren't we in love?" He said to me. I was desperately confused.

"What? Ok I do like you but just today you started to acually like do nice things for me" I say.

"I know, but I have always really liked you but I was to scared to really tell you. Then today you started pretending you were scared just so you could lay on me. That was quite cute of you."

"Yeaa, I never really get, ya know, scared as easily as normal people."

"Your so adorable. I, uhh how do I say this, really want to go out with you, would you want to go out with me?" He said then blushed.

"Umm," I said then he reached my back and pulled me up to him and kissed me right on my lips. I guess he was scared I was going to say no. He held me there and reached under my hair and kissed me deeper and harder. I put my hand under his head and forced the kiss more. Then we both pulled away.

"Of Course" I said then he blushed and put the book back.

"Remember, Text me if your parents say you can" Then he smirked, kissed my cheek and grabbed my hand as we walked down to the car area. He could drive and we both hopped into his black 6 seat convertible.
