Third pov
"Hello?..is anyone here? Hello?" Merida started to walk in, she looked around and she was amazed by the castle's bindings.
She saw big massive stairs and started to climb then,
" Da! Are you here! Hamish!?...Hubert!..Harris? Come on are you guys here!?" She walked around the castle whispering cautiously.
She noticed that the castle was dark, no source of light was shown. It looked as if the castle was abandoned years ago. She wonder what kind of royalty lived in such place.

In a different wing of the castle the servants that have lived for three to four years as objects and had stayed loyal to the prince by staying with him, started to rumor that a girl had entered the castle and they all started to get excited, eager to know this girl.

" Clogsworth! She could be the girl to break the spell!" Lumiere raced towards the girl, watching her secretly from afar. Then Lumiere had an idea, he should lead this red headed girl to her father and brothers.

Merida continued walking until she heard a door creak open behind her and she ran inside hoping someone was there to help her.
" hello? Is anybody here? I'm looking for my father and brothers?" She then heard footsteps running up a pair of stairs, she quickly withdrew a arrow placing it in her bow in front of her, ready to hit any danger. Then she cautiously went up the stairs, until she came to the first source of light in the castle, it was some sort of yellow candle...

" Merida my dear, is that you?"

"Da!" Merida ran towards the cell her father's voice was heard.
" How on earth did you find me?" Fergus was relieved to see her daughter's face once again. He touch her face and smiled tenderly, until the boys popped their heads and reached for Merida. Merida gladly ruffled their hair and smiled at her father.

"Your Clydesdale lead me to you........w-who did this to you!?" Merida face became red in anger for anyone treating her family this way but she shrugged it off, it wasn't time to think about this,she needed to get her dad and the boys out from here.

"we have to get you guys out of here! Boys I'm surprised you couldn't find a way out by now, this is your certain kind of thing but don't worry I'll get you out." The boys made a unamused look knowing they could but this cell was well damn made for their tricks, nothing compared to their home' cells.

Fergus was glad for her daughter's rescued but then his smile fell as he remembered the monster and he soon feared for his daughter's safety.

"Merida, you have to go! I want you to leave this place now! Me and your brothers will find someway out eventually but you have to leave!" Fergus exclaimed at her daughter's confused face.

"W-why? Who did this to you! I want to know!" Merida felt her anger come rushing in again.

" There's no time to explain, you have to leave right now, don't worry we will get out somehow but leave NOW!!" Fergus started to raise his face seeing his daughter stand there shocked and not obey him in his command.

"I won't leave you guys here!" Merida stood her ground pulling at the door's handle.

"Why did you have to take over your mother's stubbornness?" Fergus said under his breath.

"I-" Merida was about to reply at her father's comment when she felt something hit her and she flew away from her father's cell door, landing far from it and her weapon landing in the other side of the room. She groan and looked around searching what had hit her.

" WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!" A voice shouted from the shadows.

Merida couldn't make out where the voice was coming from.

But a black figure stood tall behind her it's green black eyes staring at her.

" Who's there!!!" Merida stood up and kept looking around. She then felt something move behind her and whirled quickly but nothing was there.

" Merida! Run!!" Fergus clutch the cell's bars as fear washed over his face, wanting to protect his daughter.

Soon the voice spoke once again, anger was shown in his voice.
" Master of this castle and who are you to come to MY castle!" A growl was heard somewhere in the shadows.

" I am Merida from clan Berk and I came for my father and my brothers." Merida stated bravely as she stood tall, wanting to not show any fear to this person.
" I demand you to release them! He shouldn't be put in some stupid cell!"

"WELL HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TRESPASSED!" The voiced shouted at Merida's response.

Merida was taken aback and she had never felt fear like this before and that was what scared her.

" Let him go!" Merida became panic as she realized that she couldn't leave her father here along with her brothers, she promised her mother to bring back her dad and the wee devils safely.

Tears started to form as she thought about her selfishness and how her actions had brought her and her family to this situation.

"Please..there must be some way..." Merida kept her head down as tears slipped down her cheeks.She was at fault of all this, if only she had obey and found someone in Berk, anybody. If she had made many friends then probably their would of been at least one....but she didn't... cause she didn't want to get forced into it....she didn't believe...and she would never...but....this was her fault, it was time for her to take responsibility for it.

Merida stood straight and lifted her head up high as a single tear stream down her face and said three words that would change her life forever....

"Take me instead."
