Morris Black: Playtime Is Over

Prologue

                Avery stood with his gun in his hand aiming it directly at Riley’s head sweating bullets. His wife beater had been ripped and sweat dripped off of his milk chocolate skin his finger was itching to end Riley’s life right then and there. Riley was going out with a fight just as he had his gun in hand aiming it right back at Avery. Riley’s hair was wild and all over his head, he had on no shirt showing his dark skin with his chest heaving up and down clearly out of breath from tussling with Avery for almost thirty minutes. Both men hearts had left the room a long time ago, their guns were loaded and somebody wouldn’t see tomorrow.

                “I know everything Riley, how you drugged me to sleep with other women, paid Pandora to seduce me all to get Pinky to yourself. Was it really worth it? Look at you now about to lose your life and you still don’t have her!” Avery spat at Riley.

                “At least I’ll die knowing you don’t have her either oh and don’t forget you were the one who killed my grandfather.” Riley took his gun off of safety and wiped the sweat off of his face with his other arm. “See you in hell…”

                A gun shot fired and the room dropped in dead silence.

Meanwhile…

                “How could you Dana? You were my best friend!” Pinky paced the room back and forth biting her tongue with her gun in hand. She didn’t know if she should pull the trigger on her one and only best friend or forgive her and leave the past in the past. Pinky wiped the tears forming in her eyes and thought about where her decision might land her in the future.

                “Don’t do this Pinky, I was trying to protect you.” Dana held her hands up in defense hoping that Pinky didn’t pull the trigger or neither of them would see the light of day again.

                Pinky pulled her hair back into a ponytail. “You know what Dana…” A tear trickled down her face…
