WALL_FLOUR:
this ones short guys sry but it's good.
I walked to one of my new friends house. He'd been here for two extra years. His name was Quentin or Q. He seemed to know everything about this place.
When I arrived, he could read my sorrows expression. He warmly invited me in and gave a glass of stars and asked what was wrong and I told him. I told him everything.
"Ahh okay then." He said softly. "I know what it is-"
"What is it then?" I exclaimed, while cutting him off.
"Woah, woah. Geez, so eager. What it is, is in the Window," the Window is how we see the Living. "Well actually, just think of it like this: the Window has a mind, and if it predicts something that's gonna happen that you wouldn't like, it'd replace it with something you do like."
I was breathless. Did that mean I wanted my one true love to mourn me for the rest of her days? Give up her short future? I remembered her soft lips wrestling and pushing against my own.
So everything Hazel said before... it was... true. Well. 'I should move on then,' I thought while tears blinded my eyes.
