Chapter 4

“It’s okay we don’t have to eat here ,I know somewhere we could eat without disturbance” Kendall whispered into my ears.

“No it’s alright we will stay. Thanks tho”. I’m not letting them get the best of me..

We made our way to the front entrance of the restaurant. As warned there were so many paparazzi outside awaiting our arrival. I protectively pulled Kendall to my side and wrapped my hands around her small waist. As soon as they spotted us they began yelling my name and asking questions while the camera lights were flashing on our faces.

“Justin is she one of your one night stands” I heard one of them say.

Kendall immediately began shifting from my grip. I titled my head to her ears “Please ignore them, they don’t know what they are saying”. She gave me a weak smile and just kept walking. 

When we got inside the restaurant we were seated at the table in the back. Everyone in the restaurant was stare and taking photos. Can’t I have one fucking normal night? How fucking hard is that.  When we got to the table I pulled a chair out for Kendall to seat right next to me. She then mouthed a quick 'thank you'. Then one of the waitress handed us menus.

“Is it always this crazy” she said breaking the awkward silence.

“trust me this is nothing” Alfredo replied to her

I couldn’t help but smile at her attempt of trying to start a conversation.

“Can I please take your orders” the waitress asked kindly.

“umm, can I please have mash potato and steak. well cooked that is.” I said

“I will get the same please” Kendall said to the lady.

“What about you Sir?” the lady asked turning to Alfredo

“can I please just get the garlic prawn with rice”..

“Alright your drinks will be here soon” the waitress said before heading back to the kitchen.

 “Umm..soo.. When are you guys flying to Melbourne?” Kendall said awkwardly.

“Tomorrow morning”

“Oh, you would love it there”

“I will try” I coldly said.

“Is everything alright”?

“Yeah. Why?” I asked

“I don’t know because you have been acting different since we got here.If you want I can go!” she says quietly picking her nails.

“Hey look at me”, I said holding her chin up so our eyes are in contact before continuing “Offcourse I want you here, it’s just that I really wanted to have just one normal night. I wanr to feel  like a 19 years old for just one night”.
