In your eyes,
You see a happy, cheerful girl,
But you don't that hint
Of sadness in her eyes,

You only see a girl
Who thinks she's beautiful,
When she doesn't
See anything beautiful about herself,

Your eyes see the lie
That she plays,
Her smile that you see
Isn't a smile from happiness,

Darkness surrounds her when she's alone
Pitch black everywhere,
The only sound is her
Crying herself to sleep wishing it over,

You see nothing, but her lies
Her smile, her laugh,
The way she talks, the way she acts
Are all lies, and you're buying each one of them.

**The photo has nothing to do with the poem by the way!!!**
