The first day of school was nerve racking as usual, but it was exciting too. It was the first day that I got to drive at PASSF seeing as I was a sophomore. My car was a recently refurbished Fiat 500 from 1962, It was short, squat, and beautiful. It was also the perfect car for San Francisco's winding streets and steep hills.

As I cruised towards the six story parking garage my pulse started to rise. Here was where the car inspection occurred. You see, you can't bring a lot of things on campus, the foremost of which being drugs and Alcohol. However everyone wanted and, in some cases, needed them, so I obviously had to bring in a large amount of both. I had 10 pounds of grade A kush hidden in the back seat cushions and five 24's hidden under the floor boards ( did I mention that it was newly refurbished?) and I would both be kicked out of school and sent to jail of either of them were discovered.

It was easy to see why my pulse sky rocketed.

I downshifted as I pulled into the parking garage and came to a full stop infront of the arm that extended from the parking both.

I put the car into park.

The director of security, Mr Kalnosta, gave me the stink eye from behind the glass of the parking booth.

One of the Junior Prefects asked me to step out of the car and I obliged him.

"Anything I should know about what's in this car?" He asked.

"A lot of sawdust, that gearbox is wearing out." I replied.

The prefect chuckled and opened up the car door. He looked in the inches under two front seats then turned to look under the drivers shaft (being a Fiat it was on the right side of the car) and then his head bobbed up.

He smiled, "You look like you're off to a better start then last year."

Then I realized that that smile wasn't a smile, it was a smirk.

He was one of the kids that ratted me out for being off campus after hours last year. That was why Mr Kalnosta had been eyeing me. I was already a "usual suspect" to the discipline department and I hadn't even been caught for real yet.

This year should be interesting.
