"Rafael" I heard a voice say I slightly got up and rubbed my eyes and looked around soon meeting Olivia's eyes and she was up and dressed. Looking out the window it was still dark out.

"I have to go into work. Can you get Noah ready in the morning for Lucy?" She asked on a whisper.

"Yeah, Liv please be careful when you go out there. I love you." I said giving her a kiss and she headed out. I couldn't fall back asleep I got up check on Noah and walked around. I had a late morning I asked to go in at nine.

     I woke up to a alarm on the side of my bed. I did not even open my eyes and hit the snooze button. If Noah was not up then I would get some more sleep. A few minutes later the alarm went off again and I finely got up. 

I went to the bathroom and headed to Noah's room looking in he was still asleep. I walked out to the kitchen making myself a cup of coffee, opening my computer and looking at the newspaper this morning. It felt as if I was back at my apartment before I dated Olivia.Noah had finely got up I had just finished my coffee. I walked to his room Noah had been jumping up and down yelling. 

 “Calm down mijo” I said to Noah laughing he just yelled louder. I picked him up and changed his diaper he kept moving must have gotten to much sleep. Noah whined and I put him down he walked out of his room yelling for Olivia.

 “Noah, mommy had to go to work she will be home later.” I said to Noah he looked at me and went to start playing. I grabbed food for him put him in the highchair. 

“Noah is that good?” I asked him Noah just shook his head up and down. Just then my phone went off pulling it out it was Lucy. 

“Hello Lucy” I said 

“Hi Rafael. How are you?” Lucy said 

“Good what about you?” I asked  helping Noah wipe his hands off. 

“Good just wanted to let you know I am coming in like twenty minutes. Olivia called me and said to come then.” She said 

“That is okay. By the way Noah is full of energy and you might want to be very active with him.” I said Noah again let out a yell causing Lucy and I to laugh. 

“Okay I will let you go so that I can get ready and go. Bye” I said 

“Bye” 

After heading to work we were working on a case with a girl who was raped by two men becuase they lost a bet at the party. I went over every detail of the case in my office making sure these men go to jail forever. Just then I heard a knock at my door "Come in" I yelled. Amanda and Fin opened the door holding a file up.

"We found text messages of them talking about taking Kelly" Amanda said handing me the file. I opened it up and started to read them shaking head in disbelief.

  "These men are going to jail for a long time" I said.

"Good to hear consular that's what we need this week some good" Fin said, as they walked out the room. I finished up and was heading out no realizing it was four o'clock. I had stopped at the hotdog stand out side the office and called Olivia.

"Hey" Olivia said.

"Hi, I wanted to tell you that I will be coming home now. Wanted to know how much longer you were going to be?" I asked.

"I should be heading out really soon. Wanna come to the precinct and then we can go home together?" She asked with a hint of happiness.

"Yeah, I can do that. Do you wanna stop at the grocery store for dinner?" I requested.

"Yes I wanna have been craving to make chicken tacos. If you want too?" She said with a laugh.

"We can have whatever you want sweetheart!" I chuckled. "Okay I will see you in about 30 minutes. Be ready to go get chicken tacos and Chardonnay. I heard that wine go really good with anything so we must try it." I told her.

"Oh trust me I will be ready and can't wait to cuddle up all night with Noah and you ans watch movies. I love you by the way goodbye." Olivia said I could tell she was smiling.

"I love you too. Bye" I said. After getting a taxi I started to head over. But I was all the way on the other side of town. After twenty minutes of driving I paid the guy and I made my way to Olivia's office. I walked in everyone was talking but the group wasn't in the precinct. Liv probably sent them home. I walked over to the door and say Olivia sitting at her desk eyes were shut and she was rubbing her temples. I knocked and made my way in.

"Hey. Are you ready?" I asked walking over to her.

"Yes I just need to grab my coat and bag." She mumbled. I helped grab it and we headed out. Olivia barley said anything to me.

"Do you wanna grab grocerys or do you wanna go home and I can?" I asked. She grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"I am going with you. I am sorry I haven't talked just a little tired." Olivia said looking at me.

We made it to Zabar's on Broadway. We went inside and grabbed everything we needed for this week. We checked out heading home at about 6. When we made it home I got everything upstairs. Olivia unlocked the door hearing Noah yell for us. Olivia picked Noah up and she kept giving him kisses.

"Dada pik me up" Noah yelled.

"How are you mijo?" I asked picking him up. I sat Noah down and we played with the train set he had gotten for Christmas.

Olivia started making food while we played.

"Want to put a movie on and lay down?" I asked walking into to see Rafael and Noah playing.

"Yeah that sounds go. Noah you want to watch a movie?" Rafael asked. Noah just shook his head yes. I put in finding Dory grabbed blankets and we all laid on the couch. I was sitting next to Rafael and Noah had his head on my lap and the rest his body on Rafael lap.

After like 30 minutes the food was done. We all ate, no one really talked only a few words here and there. Rafael cleaned up and I got Noah in the bath. I put my favorite pajamas on I set him down and he ran and yelled 'dad' until Rafael caught him. I jumped in the shower. I grabbed everything I need, washing my hair and my body. I put in my pajamas and headed out to the living room. Noah was laying on Rafael. Noah kept telling Rafael stuff.

"Here Noah sit with mommy I need to go shower then we can to sleep" Rafael said handing me Noah. He went to shower giving me a quick kiss on the cheek. Noah kept running his eyes so we decided to go lay on my bed. I shut the tv off and grabbed Noah. I put the blankets back and grabbed Noah putting him on the end and wrapping a arm around him. Rafael got out and came in bed and wrapped a arm around the both of us.

"I love you guys so much!" Rafael said kissing my next. I mumbled I love you back. We then drifted to sleep.
