(P.O.V. Of the twins)
6 months ago when their mom got diagnosed with a butterfly tumor on her brain she pretty much was told she was going to die soon. But, when she did pass they didn't plan for it to be so early. It happened so quickly 3 months after the diagnosis she was gone. And now the twins under go therapy either their father. Their father is the mayor of the city Tallahassee, Florida. He can barely keep his job with everything going on. Let alone be okay. After about 2 months of the battle she was brain dead.
