Chapter 16

Your P.O.V

It was lunch and I was getting anxious. I haven't seen Eren all day. I was getting worried. What if the person who killed my other friend got him too!!

Don't be silly (Y/n) I thought to myself. I sighed and moved up in line to get my lunch.

Once I had my lunch, I walked over to the outside benches to meet up with the rest of my friends, hoping that Eren would be there.

He wasn't.

I sat next to Armin, and Zee sat in front of us. It was silent and awkward. Armin finally spoke up though. "Hey (Y/n)...so I bet you're wondering where Eren is right??" he asked. He caught my attention and looked at him, desperate to know what had happen to Eren. "welll... he gave me this note, and I think you should read it." He took a small piece of paper from his pocket and handed it over to me.

I quickly grabbed it and unfolded it. It read:

soooooo, Casey is crazy and now I'm dating her. She told me that I can't talk to you guys or else she'll do something I am not allow to tell.

in other words,

"oh my freckled jesus..." I whispered. "Casey has done it! I am going over to her house today and having a talk with her!" I wanted to scream. How dare she make Eren date her! Wait... why do I even care??? Eren was just a friend... I just hated Casey I guess. Plus Eren needs help. He even wrote it down!!

"Hmmm, are you sure that's a good idea though???" Zee finally spoke. "She's probably going to hurt you in some way. I'm coming with you, if you really want to go"

"Thanks Zee, but I have to go alone. I need to handle her on my own"

"No you fucking don't!! (Y/n) you think you can do everything on your own but you can't always do everything by yourself! I mean, I know you're strong and brave but I'm just worried-"

"Look Zachary, I'll call you or something goes wrong." The bell rang and everyone didn't say a word until it stopped. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go to class" I threw away my lunch that I didn't even touch.

"Why do you even care about that Eren kid so much?????" Zee called out. I just ignored him and kept walking. God damn it Zee. I don't know. I barely met the guy, but I feel so close to Eren. And Armin too. I felt bad. Armin was just sitting there looking super nauseous. He looked like he was about to cry. I looked behind my shoulder and saw him  walking the other way. He seemed so lifeless. He must be worried or something. Eren is his best friend after all.

Time skip

The final bell rang. I didn't see Eren. I was hoping that I would see him during passing period or something, but no. I haven't seen Casey either. She pisses me off so much. After everything she's done to me in the pass, she still keeps wanting to hurt me. Or maybe she just really likes Eren....but Eren doesn't like her back, so it's wrong! I called my mom telling her I would be late, then I made my way to Casey's house. It took about an hour to get there, but I didn't mind. I got time to practice what I was going to say. 

I finally got to her house. I took a deep breath. Her car was in the drive way, but not her parents. I knocked on her door. I waited. Then I knocked again even harder. Nothing. I was getting very impatient. I knocked as hard as I could. Open up you dumb bitch!

I heard the door unlock, and as soon as I saw her face, I swung my hand back and slapped her.

I am sooooo sorrry!!! I feel like it makes no sense at all, aaaaaah I'm so very sorry!!
