Rose was on Instagram, and saw that her cousin Alex reposted a photo from an account that is @heyloveitsjanexx quoting; "don't trust everything you see, even salt looks like sugar." Rose clicked on this persons account and was stalking this persons account and 'wow this girl is super cute!' Was going through her mind.

Rose decided to follow this person and then one day decides to make a lgbt+ Instagram account, needing admins.

Rose follows that Jane girl because in their bio it says their sexuality.

After a couple days, two awesome people decide to join!

Then Jane asked "would I be able to join this account?" And of course Rose said yes. Then direct message them and realises that this Jane girl was pretty cool.

Jane was from America and Rose was from Australia.

Anyway, they kept talking to each other and after two months Rose realised she had feelings for Jane's amazing, nice, caring personality and for their gorgeous looks.

Rose knew that Jane would never have the same feelings for her. So she was never going to tell her.

It hurt Rose seeing Jane upset and that she couldn't do anything to make them feel better. Jane liked someone else, and that killed Rose.

Day after day Rose's feelings for Jane got stronger and stronger.

Rose started getting jealous of people that called Jane cute and all this other stuff, even though they weren't even together.

Rose then got in a relationship with a boy called Hayden. But she never really loved him. Rose didn't want to be a disappointment so decided to start talking to Hayden because her mum was very fond of him and kept making remarks about how they should get together. Rose also wanted to change herself, she didn't want to like girls, she didn't want to be different. She wanted to be normal so thought dating boys would change that.

It didn't.

Rose thought of Hayden as a good friend, but Hayden would ignore her for weeks at a time. And that hurt Rose. She never felt good enough and truely felt no one would ever be able to love her for her.

After two hard months of putting up with Hayden's crap. She was starting to think about breaking up with him.

But, things between Rose and Jane started to change. Rose's feelings for Jane grew so strong and tried to flirt and hint that she liked Jane.

I don't think Jane saw this. But then Jane and Rose started getting really close. Saying "I love you" to each other all the time. Rose didn't think anything of it but she meant it in that way when saying it to Jane. But still never thought the feeling would be mutual.

Then one day, Alex starts saying this weird name and Jane asks what it meant. And it turned out it was a ship name for Jane and Rose.

Anyway, Rose realised on the 14th of August that she was in love with Jane. So she breaks things up with Hayden and Hayden begs for Rose to come back and says he'll treat her better.

It turns out Jane liked Rose, and said to Alex that they thought Rose would never feel the same. So Alex told Rose's secret and told Jane.

Jane changed their kik name to "I really like you🌹" and Rose gets jealous and ask who Jane liked.

Jane told Rose and Rose was so unbelievably happy and couldn't get the smile off her face.

Then on the 16th of August at 6:08am (for Rose) Jane asked Rose out.

Rose was asleep and woke up at 7:21am to this amazing message and literally jumped up and down and squealed and of course said yes.
