Chapter 7: Dream shattered

Anna POV:

My legs are moving slowly slowly, afraid someone will come and shake my world. Berne is the capital of Switzerland and here I am standing in Henry Theater House. It is in the middle of the capital.

Berne is a beautiful city which was situated across the acre river. It is the forth populated place in Switzerland. But today this city giving me negative vibe. I am already late for my audition. I don't know what will happen?

I entered inside the gate and walking towards the audition building. I am two hours late for audition and I don't know what will happen now?

With a heavy sigh, I entered the building. Everything was calm, very few participants were there. Some had happy face and some had sad face.

Melody was sitting on the bench, she is looking like just about to cry. I went to her and put my hand on her head. Her head snapped at me and she just hugged me quickly.

"Anna oh gosh.. You finally here. I was trying to call you. Where were your phone? Shit Anna what were you thinking there?" She said with her crying voice while hugging me.

"I am sorry Mel, I was trying to help someone who needs my help. Our Dada doesn't taught us to not to help anyone who need our help. " I said to her with my small voice.

"Sisso, you the best sister and a good person. I am so proud of you, Dada will be so happy and mommy too." Melody said.

"I know Mel. Tell me what is happening here? I am so worried."

"Sisso, when we entered here, Jason was asking about you and I told him everything. He said he will try to put your name in last but half an hour ago, everyone was asking about you so you just missed your chance. I am sorry sis." Melody whispered.

"It's okay. You tried for me. Let's go back, Dada will be waiting for us." With a heavy sigh she stands and we both started to walk towards the exit. But suddenly a shadow come in front of us and stop us to move forward. It was none other than Jason.

"Where were you been... Anastasia? I know you had been helping someone. But you know you miss your audition just half an hour ago. I tried to make your chance at least position but the special judge Mr. Spector said why we are not working according to order so lastly they called your name. I am sorry I can't able to help you." Jason said with sad voice.

"It's okay Jason. You tried your best for me, it's my bad luck I am late but thanks for everything Jason." I said to Jason.

With that we tried to move towards the exit but again Jason sudden voice stop us.

"Wait"

I turned towards him and said "what?"

"Let me try for the last time. I never heard a voice like yours, Anna, your voice is just amazing  So I want to try for the last time so that you can able to sing and judges can able to hear your voice. I know they will love your voice and would be glad they give you a chance. You are a jem Anna. " He said proudly.

"Jason it's meant a lot for me, you already tried enough for me, I don't want to disturb your work. It's fine with me Jason, I will go" I told him.

"Rubbish Anna, you deserve this, let me try for last time okay. Wait for a little, please." He plead.

"Okay"

With that Jason turned and vanished inside the hall. Melody and me, we both sat on the near by chair.

"So Sisso, how is the lady whom you were helping?" Melody ask suddenly.

"Katherine, she is doing good now, thanks goodness she reached the hospital on time. Doctor said she will be able to leave the hospital in few hours" I told her.
