Shawn's pov
"Hey Lauren" I cooed into the phone as I waited for my lovely crush to answer me back "hey Shawn" she said in a sigh my smile slowly started fading "Lauren what's wrong" I said while running my fingers through my hair in frustration "Lauren I swear to god if someone hurted you I will get back at them" I said while clenching my jaw "Shawn calm down nothing happened it's just I feel really upset" as she said that I unclenched my jaw and resting my hand on the bed "aw I'm so sorry,would you like me to strum my guitar and sing a song" I said while getting up to grab my guitar "I'd like that,but you know what would be even better" she said "what?" I said while sitting down on the chair in my bedroom "if you FaceTime me and sing me the song" she said while hanging up and calling me on Factime "hey Jauregui " I said while staring at her as her eyes widen at the screen "mendes what did I say about calling me jauregui" she said while running her fingers through her hair "hm,no I forgot" I said while grinning at her and beginning to strum my guitar she gasped "forget it Mendes you always forget stuff" I laughed at her and began singing my new song 'No Promises'.
"Staring out my hotel window too much on my mind maybe we should keep it simple
we don't have to decide" i slowly sang it to her staring at her beautiful eyes i spoke up pausing mid song "Lauren meet me at the park I have to ask you something" i said while setting my guitar down "okay okay um I'll be there in 5" she said and ended the call as i put a sweater on and running down stairs to get into my car.
