Easton's POV

I stare at the mirror for awhile. Well that was an odd dream.

I look around the long room and I see no trace of Evalie. I check inside the library and she's not there either. I get on my bike and start driving to her house. She's probably sleeping like she should be, in her bed (looking adorable). When I wake up I'll tell her about the dream and she'll call me crazy while shaking her head. When she;s trying to figure out why my twisted mind came up with something so abnormal she'll bite her nails while thinking, like she always does and I'll slap her hands away to make sure she doesn't chew off a thumb.

When I get to her house I run upstairs and she's not in her bed. I check the kitchen. No Evalie. I check the living room and find her mom sitting on the couch.

"Hello Melissa, Do you know where Evalie is?" I rushedly ask her.

"No Hun, I thought she was with you...?"

"Fu-  er... fudge." I say muttering reminding myself Eva's mom was in the room.

"Oh no... did you ask May?" May was Evalie's female best friend.

"No I haven't one second I'll ask her now."

Ring... ring... ring... ri-

"Hello?"

" Hey May, do you know where Evalie is?"

"No I haven't talked to her since lunch. Have you called her? She's always on her phone and she won't ignore you," she said bitterly. Shit. I dint think of that. I was mentally face palming myself.

"No I didn't, I'm going to call you back," I say not waiting for a response. I never really liked May. She always got mad at me because I spent more time with Evalie than her.

Ring...ring...ring...ring...ring...

 and straight to voice mail.

"She's not answering" I told Melissa.

"Text her" she suggested.

Hey Eva, where r u?

"I did, could you please tell me if she shows up?"

"Of course Hun."

"Thanks mom" I said.

Oh god.

What did I just say.

"I'm so sorry Melissa... it slipped." I muttered not making eye contact.

I said a quick goodbye not letting her answer and walked to my house, going the short way, jumping the fence separating our houses.

I went straight upstairs to my room avoiding my "father", he wouldn't help any way. Melissa had become my second mother after my mom left. I did anything to get my mind off of Evalie missing so I finished my homework, ate dinner and watched an episode of American Horror Story, my favorite show. Slowly I felt my self get tired so I decided go to bed and fell asleep.
