"Just now?!" I said angrily

"Well yeah. Sorry, I was so caught up with my job as a musical actor!" Zen said

"Pfft" I said as I crossed my arms "so, is this agreement final?"

"Yep, just stay out my and your sisters way. Make sure to tell her about how great I am" Zen said

"She might think that I like you" I said

"Right, but whatever" Zen said as he started to slowly walk away "good bye"

"Bye" I said as I went the opposite direction which was generally shorter. I arrived in the locker area and I grabbed my textbooks for the rest of the periods. I felt a tug on my shoulder and when I turned around, I saw my sister crying.

"What the hell..." I mumbled to myself

"I-I think Zen hates me" she said sadly

I guess my sister isn't perfect at all. I don't even know why she is crying over him. It's kind of stupid.

"Don't cry over him. If you do, it means you don't deser-" I said as I got cut when I saw Zen giving me a death glare "I-I mean that you should talk to him about it because he seems into you. Maybe he just ignored you because he did not see you or whatever"

I looked back at Zen and he smiled and gave me a thumbs up. His smile was the most amazing thing ever and it made me feel like melting into a puddle.

I looked back at my sister and she hugged me

"Thank you Miyu. You are the best advice giver ever" Mikari said

Btw, Miyu was my nickname that was made by my sister.

"No problem. Now stop crying or else Zen would really ignore you" I said

"Alright" Mikari said as she pulled herself together "I'm going to the restroom"

I just smiled and nodded and walked to chemistry. I ended up seeing Zen and he noticed me.

"Good job" he said as he patted my shoulder

I think butterflies that were having a party in my stomach flew to my brain because I couldn't think straight

"I-uh-umm-yeah thanks" I said as I walked away

My phone has been ringing since a while ago. I checked my phone and it said: mikoshiba-5 missed calls

Dagnabit Miko, what does he want now? I went to the bleachers again and called him

"Pick up, pick up, pick up!" I said

I immediately pressed decline and threw my phone onto the grass.

Mikoshiba is my annoying older brother. He left us to live with his girlfriend without any word and he stopped school. He would always make an excuse so that my sister and I would do his chores as well. That guy! Ugh! I want to scream so bad.

I got my phone on the grass and placed it in my pocket. I quickly ran back in the school and when I arrived, I was just in time for class and the teacher just came in. Thank god.
