There once was a kitten in the pet store who didnt look like the other kittens. She felt that she didnt deserve love from others or herself. So she sat in the dark corner when people came to the store. From the dark corner she saw all the other kittens getting sold. People coming in and taking them. She felt that she was going to never taken to a loving home. Never going to feel the arms of a loving owner.
One day like any other the door opened. Like thousands of times before. And, she saw from her dark lonely corner someone approaching the kittens like hundreds of times before. She watched as this someone looked at all the kittens. Spend ages looking at them. He looked down and dejected at the kittens. Shook his head and began to turn away.
As he turned he saw a little light glinting off something in a dark corner of the kitten enclosure and looked deeper into the corner. He saw a tiny terrified shaking kitten. He reached in and picked up this little scared ball of fluff. Looking at the little kitten. Turning her left and right. Examining her. Which each minute he holds her he smiles more and more. He stares her straight in the eyes and sees deep into her little kitten heart. He sees the love she has to give. The beauty she has. She may not look like all the other kittens but he sees her for how special she is. She is to him the most beautiful kitten in the store.
He holds her close to his cheek to feel her shaking turn to purring. He feels her loving heart beating. He takes her to the counter and buys her without hesitation. After buying her he goes round the store to buy the most beautiful collar and most comfortable bed. The together they leave the store. To go home. Together. With love and happiness.
