The life we live is of a strange one. We all want to know we are doing on this Earth. I personally believe that if you live your life without contacting your Spirit, you haven't lived at all.
How do I contact my Spirit? All that your Spirit is made of, is "opaque" emotion. So the more passionate you are for what you do, the brighter your Spirit will illuminate. If you feel no passion for what you are doing, then you need to stop. If you don't, well let me explain my depiction of Spirit.
Your Spirit is a fire. Sadness is one way to put out your Spiritual fire. Water puts fire out, and what are your tears made out of? Rage is when the fire gets out of control. When you pour gasoline onto a fire, not only is it dangerous to everyone around, seeming how you are the closest to the fire, guess who gets burned first. Your fire needs oxygen as well. When you are passionate for something, you typically get excited, and being excites leads to faster heart rate, and faster heart rate leads to more frequent and intense breathing. So what do you think happens when you stop breathing, or stop being passionate.
Everything I'm going to talk about in this tome can not be done without passion. So before practicing these spells, practicing harnessing your passion in the best way you can. These strongest emotions in my preference are Love and Hate. Love is preferred most, because the outcome is more acceptable and powerful. Not to mention reliable. I forewarn you though, using hate magic shall most likely end with unexpected, detrimental, and deadly results. It can very well bring pain and damage to you, your friends, and on a majority of occasions, your family.
Popular in western civilizations, is Lust Magic. At is when people regulate the sensation of lust to resemble or to relate with magic. This can also be very dangerous, if you are easily addicted or already are addicted to lustful sensations prior to practicing lust magic. Especially dangerous for teenagers.
Also, with a teenage mind that can be easily done, filling yourself with emotion. For love, these sensations might help:
• The "butterflies" feeling in your stomach.
• Being aware of someone you love.
• Having an intense fight for the life of the one you love.
• Kissing the one you love.
I not going to teach you on the ways of hate and lust magic. For like I had said before they are dangerous.
It is best to practice with a friend or friends presence of ones you feel passionate for increases all around passion. The more the merrier.
I'm going to use the word passion a lot in this book so I'm just going to make an abbreviation for it, "pS"
With regards to the "merrier" statement, people make covens, cults, syndicates, churches and other organizations for that very reason. That is one of the many reasons I am starting my "New Sumer" organization, but that's for a different book. Another way of effective divinations, soells, and ceremonies, is to keep a journal of all of the ones you coerce. This is what is known as a "Book of Shadows", which is basicly a magicians index.
Another thing to keep track of in a book is your dreams. Dreams in themselves can be messages from entities and deities. Another way to raise pS is to stick to a certain divination that draws you attention. If you like doing it, keep doing it. If you're like me, you wish to learn a lot, and learning more keeps your pS rising (if you're like me).
