Alisa's POV
Amsterdam, Netherlands
I stayed laying down in my bed, looking up at the ceiling. I wanted to forget all the moments between my and Klaus. "Ugh." I pulled the covers over me, and sighed. I just really want to go back home. I got up and dragged myself to the bathroom. After getting ready, I walked out the room and was greeted with the scent of food. I walked down the hall towards where the smell of food was coming from.
As soon as I walked in, I immediately walked right back out.
"Where you going?" Is sighed and turned around. I then noticed he was shirtless and his hair was messy. I can't do this.
"Leaving." I said to Klaus. I swear I could feel his smirk, I didn't even have to look to know it was there. I turned around and narrowed my eyes at him.
"You sure?" He asked, tantalizing me with the plate of food in his hands. My stomach growled, letting me know it needed food. The food that Klaus was holding in his hands. I quickly walked over and snatched the plate of food out of his hands. I walked away, feeling successful, until I bumped into someone, dropping all my food. There it went, all my food. Right to the ground. I could've been eating that right now.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I'm a real klutz sometimes." I looked up and saw it was Adriana, Princess of Spain. I froze, not knowing what to say to her. I turned to look at Klaus, and he had wide smirk on his face.
Bastard.
"It's okay Adriana, she can pick up herself." She shook her head and smiled at me.
"No, no. I made her drop it, so i'll help." She argued.
"Suit yourself then. Oh, by the way Alisa, Adriana is going to be staying with us fro a little while. Just until both our parents get back." He said as casual as possible, like if this was something that was normal, done a million times.
"Right." I said, smiling back at Adriana. Unlike her smile, my smile was fake. I couldn't bring myself to really smile.
We picked up the last remaining food on the ground, and threw it away.
"Here." Klaus said, handing me a new plate of food. I gave him a small smile.
"Thanks."
"Just don't drop it this time." I rolled my eyes and walked away from him, leaving him and Adriana alone. A part of me just wanted it to be me and him only, but I knew that was wrong thought. He wasn't mine, and I wasn't his. He had Adriana, and I had Sevastion, even though I want to murder him.
I walked back to my room and closed the door behind. I looked down at my food and smled, but it quickly faded away. I placed the food on the small table beside me and and laid down. I suddenly didn't feel hungry anymore, if anything I felt sick. And not like some flu sick, just a weird feeling in my stomach that I didn't like. I heard laughter just outside my door. It had to be by Klaus's room, it echoed through the hall.
I grabbed my laptop, the only electronic I was really allowed to use, and put on my headphones, blocking out everything and everyone. I couldn't possibly think of Klaus or Sevastion right now. Most of all Andrei. He was off at war, and god knows what was going on over there. How many people have already died? How many people have already lost their lives for their country? I felt sleepy, again. I pulled the covers up to my chin and rested my head on the pillow. I let the music continue to play, putting me to sleep.
My eyes shot open, and I sat up. My headphones had fallen off, and I was awoken by a loud noise. It was a little after sunset. I had been sleeping a lot lately. Stress I guess.
