Chapter 1 - Lauren's Introduction

Please correct me if I get something wrong in the fic

You may not know me... Hey, what am I kidding I'm doing a dramatic ass intro in my head. Anyway, I'm John Laurens. I'm a hitman & I work for money & stuff like that, y'know? This is the only business that could get me the money I need.. My friend Lafayette & Hercules are in the business too... They recently stepped up their game & are now in a relationship. Today I was assigned a new person... Finally! All these mont--

"LAURENS, MON AMI, SNAP BACK TO REALITY WOULD YOU?"
Lafayette literally screamed in my fucking ear, making my ears ring annoyingly.
"Sorry Laf, I was dozing off again. Surprisingly, I was making a dramatic entrance in my head to the people that are reading."
I said at first nervously, then enthusiastically.
"..What people?"
Hercules asked with a ting of confusion in his voice
"Oh, never mind you two!"
I said poutingly.

Like I was saying earlier, I was assigned a new person. His name is Alexander Hamilton, he goes to my college but we have never interacted in anyway, he probably thinks I don't exist too. Well, the thing is when you're a hitman, you gotta trick the person. You have to get the person to be close to you. I mean, MONTHS. Possibly a year. Many hitmans just get them the first day, but you'd have to be hella sneaky to do that, which I'm not. So, I waste months of my time spending the time with the person. Until their due date, which I call the day of misery. Sometimes I feel bad for the person. That's not supposed to matter anyway.

So, that's the end of this chapter. So far, Laurens doesn't really seem like Laurens, like jfc take a chill pill. What do you guys think? This might actually be the first ever fan fiction I'd ever finish.
