Edwards pov

"Bella" I yelled as my wife dropped to the ground with a Loud crack coming from her back

I vampire speed over to her and quickly grabbed her head so it wouldn't hit the ground and picked her up bridle style, I raced up the stairs into Carlisle's office were his medical equipment was

" Hold on Bella" I whispered to her while placing her gently on the hospital bed

Bella screamed in pain and another cracking sound filled the room which didn't sound good

" Hurry Edward " rose called out while pulling out a knife and placing it to Bella's stomach

Once rose slid it across and Bella's blood come flowing out I could see rose was about to attack, not being In control over her bloodlust

" Rose don't " I said urgently while pushing her away and taking over Bella's stomach

Alice came in and took rose out of the room while I sliced the womb open but it wouldn't open from the knife so I used my teeth and bit into it to open it . And that's when I saw her the most beautiful baby, Renesmee

" Renesmee " I said astonished while pulling her out of the womb gently

"Give her to me "Bella croaked weakly

I placed Renesmee in Bella's arms and something caught my eye . I saw a little tiny hand sticking out of Bella's womb, covered in bright red blood

I walked over to see a gorgeous baby trying to climb out, struggling as she can not lift her self out , well obviously because technically she isn't even born yet

" Another one" I whispered loud so Bella could hear me

" Twins" Bella said flabbergasted with wide eyes . I picked the girl up and placed her in Bella's arms next to renesmee

" Elizabeth Rosalice Cullen " Bella whispered tiredly while drifting a little bit

" I love it" I said agreeably while nodding my head . Suddenly Renesmee bit Bella and I quickly took them both away

" Here Edward I will take them" rose said coming through the door

I nodded and gave her my daughters . I grabbed a needle of my venom and stuck it into Bella's heart because she wasn't breathing and had gone so pale it gave me such a sickening feeling

" No"Jacob whispered in pure agony and left the room

" Bella come on "I said hoping it will work while roughly performing cpr , I'm not going to let my Bella die
