Joey—

Two weeks from Father's day, we were back on the road, heading to Freedom Fest in Florida.

I sat in the back of the van, with my (recently announced) fiancée. I was unbelievably happy when our fans said nice things and supported us.

Charlotte groaned and snuggled against me, wrapping the blanket around her tighter. I knew she was exhausted. She had spent the last few days on minimal hours of sleep.

She had been finishing her last project and uploading it to her files and some of her websites. Now, she was only hoping that someone would call in, donating money to the poor and/or buying a picture.

I kissed Charlotte's forehead, "Get some sleep, angel. I'll wake you when we get there."

Caleb smirked at me as we finished our last set. Chad laughed and looked out to the crowd.

"This is just for our favorite couple," Chad started, "Since Joey has just proposed to Charlotte, we have a special gift."

"We're gonna sing Give Me A Lifetime!" Caleb announced.

I glared at the two as the crowd roared. Then I looked to Charlotte. She blushed and smiled at me. I smiled back at her.

I looked to the guys. "You don't have to do that. Really."

"Who wants another song?!" Spencer asked.

"Charlotte, wanna come up?" Caleb questioned as the crowd screamed again. She shook her head.

I pouted, "C'mon angel. I don't wanna be alone in this."

I watched as she sighed. She nodded, then carefully climbed over the barrier and came to the edge of the stage.

I handed my guitar to Chad, and got up. I came to the edge, and grabbed Charlotte's hand, pulling her up.

She kissed my cheek and giggled, "Hey, baby."

She followed me as I sat down, and Chad handed my guitar back. I grinned at Charlotte, "I love you."

Immediately, I started strumming the chords of the song. Then it was just our voices.

The song ended and applauds came from the audience. Charlotte had the biggest grin on her face. She cupped my face, and connected our lips briefly.
