Together Friends Forever??

BROKEN FRIENDSHIP

We all promised to become Friends forever,

We said to each other "together we will be Friends Forever.''

No matter what it takes and no matter what it happens,

Our friendship will last forever.

But for just a slip of a tongue and meaningless words,

A perfect glass was turn broken into pieces.

From the pieces of the broken glass,

I can't see peace and forgiveness.

I was really disappointed,

Knowing we all broke the promise and the other promises we made for each other.

I see them almost every day,

Yet I still feel the need to Pray.

I miss them more & more,

But then again it can never be like BEFORE.

I don't have anything against them,

Besides I still treasure them.

They were once my so called "FRIENDS" or let's just say my Best of Friends,

But it's just that the hurt I felt do remains.

Once I get hurt and when I cannot contain it,

I can never forget about it.

If they take and think our friendship was a Game,

And then I guess someone has to be Blame.

Maybe we we're not really meant to become Friends,

We we're meant only to become acquaintances.

And maybe if God and season allows us to become friends again,

One thing is for sure, it will be hard to begin again.

AND THOUGH IT HAPPENED I was Indeed happy a one,

I was given the chance to enjoy being alone.

During my self-time; I was really glad,

I realize that my worth here on earth is not to be mad.

Thank you for the BROKEN FRIENDSHIP my so called friends,

My heart now in choosing friends is wisely cleansed. :)
