Max was thinking what to do with this puppy, he remembered that his dead wife always wished a son, so he took the puppy to his house and took care of him, he called the puppy Duster once the puppy reached the age of 2 years old, he began to flew and to carry heavy things, Max was very surprised about what was happening and he didn't know what to do, concerned about of this he asked someone special that he knows from rotic city called Guauf Days to help him and tell him how to take care about duster...
When the Duster met Guauf, he got surprise because of the special habbilities that Duster had. With the time they became good friends. One day Guauf had a idea, to use Duster's powers to foght crime that complaine those days. Both agreed with that, so they created the Herd of Justice
