Just One Bite

I was outside playing with Raley. Zelena was inside, she went to get us some coats. It was a little colder than we thought. Raley was 4 now, Zelena had persuaded me into teaching her magic at an early age because of her other gifts. Raley had ran to the flower bed and come back with a flower, "Here mommy." I smiled at my daughter. "It's very pretty, my child as are you." I leaned forward to take it, when it flew out of her handasa butterfly. Zelena walked back, "I taught her that one." she smiled handing me a coat. Before I can say anything, I hear a high pitch laugh. I grab Raley and Zelena jumps in front of us. "What do you want?" she spits out at him. Rumple tilted his head, "Nothing... I just came to see how the little one was. I see you're raising her as your mother would have liked." I stand up and walk to him, "I will never treat my daughter the way that monster treated me. She will never see my daughter, ever!!!!" I yell at him. Just the thought of what my mother had done made me want to me want to kill her and Snow that much more. Zelena had Raley in her arms now and Rumple was eyeballing my daughter. I set my jaw, "Leave NOW!" Rumple smiled, "As you wish." within the blink of an eye a red vertex formed around him and he disappeared the vertex doing the same. I turned around and Zelena looked at me with the most worry on her face. "We have to spit up. Mother never cared for you. Take Raley with you I'll send you a message telling you when you can come back."

Zelena

"NO! I'm not taking your daughter from you!" I yell at my sister. "You have too, she'll corrupt her." my sister begs me. I shake my head and hug my sister, "I'll leave tomorrow." Raley looks at me and I pick up my niece, she puts her hands on my face and I'm taken into her mind. "Why is mommy so upset?" she says. She was brushing her horse. I sigh, she always did this, when her mother got mad she'd talk to me like this. I walk over to her, "Honey our mother, your mom and mine, was a horrible person. We don't want her to meet you because we don't want her to break you like she broke us." Raley smiled at me, then i was back in front of my sister. "She did it again didn't she?" my sister asked. I sigh and nod, "Yes.". My sister made the rule that if Raley used her abilities to talk to me that Raley would have to sleep in her own room.

Raley

I walk inside holding my Mom and Auntie Zelena's hand. Our day went normal, we were served lunch and then we went for a ride. Now it was time for my little daily magic lesson, it was Mom's turn to teach me magic, Aunt Zelena would be doing whatever. I look at my mother who was sitting in front of me with a book in her hand. "Mom?" I say. She looks up, "I'm sorry baby." she puts the book down. "Wanna show me what you did earlier this morning, that Auntie Zelena was so proud of?" she asked with a big smile. I nod, "Okay, Can I go to the flower bed?" I ask. I wasn't allowed to teleport without mother's permission and mother only. "NO!.... I mean no... here let me teach you how to make things appear like me and your Aunt do." I look at my mother, I could tell when Mom or Aunt Zelena was upset, but only one of them. I sigh, "Okay." She smiles but I can tell she's hurting. She opens her hand in front of me and a feather appears. I smiled my mother loved feather's, she'd told me it was a sign of hope for her, that whenever she was upset, if she saw one, it would make her feel so much better. "Remember when you feel the heat raise, think only on what you want to do." she touched my cheek softly then pulled away. I nod and close my eye. I felt the heat build in my stomach. It was only a small bit but I squeezed my eyes shut and the heat started building. The harder I squeezed the more I've the heat rise, finally I opened my hand and thought of a flower.

Zelena

I was in my room reading when I felt strong magic. I didn't know where it was coming from and I wanted to make sure it wasn't that imp, or my mother. I got up and started walking towards the power. After a few twist and turns, I started seeing flowers everywhere. I was so confused, I continued to follow the energy when I realized that not only was the amount of flowers I was seeing increasing, but it was also close to Raley's training room. I ran inside to see my sister in awe, and my niece squeezing her eyes shut. I myself began to be in awe. My niece that knew almost nothing of magic, was turning her mother's castle into a garden.
