I'm Melanie and i'm 16 ... my life isn't all that great my mom died when i was 5 and my dad is a rapest, i don't talk about this because i know that it would hurt me.
Until i found this boy.....
Highschool, dark hair and pretty brown eyes his pants were sagging .. his name was Eric... he was hanging out with his boys and talking about what they were going to give the girls that afternoon for valentines day.
I peeked at the corner of my eye at Eric he looked at me back un sure of what i was looking at . I turned my face quickly not knowing what to do .. he made a face at me and turned back to talk to his boys.
"Dammit" I thought in my head, i couldn't make one look at him without getting chills in my body ...

It was 2:00pm the party was being held at the Cafeteria. Everyone was giving out cards and Chocolates i was sitting in the corner talking to Michelle....
"So what do you think i should give Conner on valentines day" Michelle said
"Melanie Heller are you even listening to me"
"What" I said not knowing what the conversation was...
"Are you staring at Eric again" Michelle said while smirking
"What!? No!? no such thing" I said playing with my fingers
"Well i'm going to talk to Mya wanna come?"
"No thanks i'll just sit right here" I said looking down...

It was 3:00 pm and time to go home ... no valentines were sent to me that afternoon..
I walked home through the snow freezing my ass off with a summer jacket on ....

I walked in the house making sure my dad wasn't home and thank god he wasn't....
I sat my stuff down on the couch and changed into some clothes...
Until i heard my door unlock
and who did i see standing there with his pants unziped and his shirt unbuckled ....
"DADDY!? PLEASE DON'T HURT ME PLEASE DADDY"
The next thing i knew i was sitting in the emergency room .........
