Justin took the knife and some spare rope and set out on an adventure, sticking to the shadows and avoiding the public eye. He knew the second any upperclassman saw him he'd be locked up for existing or shot on sight. His newfound lack of wings aided in his journey, making sure he was able to stay flush to the walls, although he wasn't fond of not being able to lift himself off the ground as he once could.
He slipped his way into the home that once belonged to his beloved March, finding a sleeping duo of Paradich and Allyson on the bed in the bedroom. Swiftly, he covered Paradich's mouth and dragged him out of the room.
"Stay quiet and I wont hurt you. Too bad, at least," he muttered, laughing quietly. Paradich shook with fear, nodding quickly. Justin remove his hand with a smile, gently trailing his knife along his jawline. The tears began to flow from his silver eyes, further blurring his vision.
"P-please don't hurt me, Justin," he whispered, fear lacing each shaky word. The man in question chuckled, shaking his head and restrained him on the cold, hard wood floor.
"That's alright, Para. My sweet, innocent, Paradich. I'm going to free you. Don't you want to be free?" he questioned innocently. The young man below him shook even more violently, shaking his head in response. Justin didn't accept that answer, smiling.
"I'm gonna free you, Paradich. We'll be free together. I'm freeing us all." He said gleefully, tracing his collarbone with the tip of his knife before trailing it up to his ear. Harshly covering his mouth, he sliced off the pointed tip of his ear, carving it to the rounded shape of a natural ear.
His screams were easily muffled by his hand, and the tears quickly dripped to the stained floor beneath them, mixing with the blood falling from his ears.
"You're free now, Paradich~! Sleep now, you'll need it," he sang happily. Justin then tied him with the rope, caressing his cheek fondly before moving to the bed once more. "I'm so sorry, Allyson. I just want you to be free with us. The walls told me it's the only way. Then March will love me and forgive me."
The young girl in question had curled up on the bed after hearing her lover's cries for help. She shook her head, genuine fear in her eyes as she tried to back away from him.
"You won't get away, Aly~ I've made sure of it." Swiftly, Justin grabbed her wings, spinning her around to face away from him. Hoping to ease her pain, he sliced through her wings quickly. With her low pain tolerance, the tears flowed from her eyes immediately and although her mouth opened, no sound came out. The pain made her pass out quickly, her blood staining the blankets around her.
Justin sighed and let a few tears fall.
You have to do more.
It's not enough.
He doesn't love you yet.
He won't forgive you.
You're still just a winged freak.
He'll never forgive you.
He then set off once more. He had to free them all.
